I knew that I wanted a Ford Focus SE when the 2012's came out; however, knew I would have to wait a few years for a used one to afford it. Upon doing one of my usual occasional internet searches I found the out; however, knew I would have to wait a few years for a used one to afford it. Upon doing one of my usual occasional internet searches I found the exact 2012 Focus, color, package, etc. and it was very slightly used with only 9400 miles. We inquired online and was given a great "internet" price by Rodney, the next day we headed to Asheboro Ford intending to test drive and consider a purchase (I had not driven one as of yet). Sisco met us as we drove up, and we proceeded to test drive, he was very knowledgable about the car and its specs. We were given a very fair price for our trade, and incredibly fair price for the car, so needless to say, within a matter of less than 2 hours I drove home in the car that I had wanted for over a year...best yet on my 30 minute drive home the next day on the highway I averaged 43 MPH !! AWESOME !! I am a very proud and happy Ford Focus SE owner. Thank you Asheboro Ford and all of the great staff you helped us! More

NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE EVER. We took my NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE EVER. We took my wifes car to the dealer because the codes were not able to be read at autozone. First time to NEVER HAVE YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE EVER. We took my wifes car to the dealer because the codes were not able to be read at autozone. First time told that both O2 Sensors were bad. OK Spent about $500.00 to repair. got it home and check engine came on again. Brought it back. Next told Bad Fuel Pump. Ok they did work with me on the labor cause they did misdiagnose the problem. Another couple hundred. This is all right after Xmas when I am really broke. Guess what got the car home and check engine light on again. The car really ran 10 times worse then when I brought it there. They even tried to start to take the dash apart and messed up the trim. I am sure they were going to disconnect the check engine light in dash. The mechanics trained there remind me of the xxxxxxx beating a a transmission in that old AAmco Comercial. Sorry SOB even tried to send me another bill for 50.00 bucks more. I sold this car at a huge loss and it had low miles and was nice before they got a hold of it. Maybe a good place to buy a NEW CAR but never let any of those techs near your car. If I had not had so much going on with health problems I would have taken them to district court and made this right instead of taking a giant loss. The worst part the guy I sold it to called me to say it was overheating. do you think those idiots discovered that at Asheboro Ford. the Answer is NO. This comes from a former Police Officer of many years and I have also worked on cars for years but have trouble with all the sensors so they have you by the short and curleys and they know it. Even the loaner they gave my wife had no oil in it and broke down and was towed from my house. Bottem Line, No training at this dealer, they are parts changers. I do not have 1 hour to stay out there and clean them. also if the wind is blowing, the car is all over the road. i called to see if i could get my venza back or buy the car back. i called and called and called and called. i was told that they would buy my car back for $14,000.00. i gave a little over $21,000.00 for it. they called my husband and not me. said my venza would be $4,000.00 down and $463.00 a month for 5 years. i only gave $26,000.00 for the car brand new. so now i am stuck with a car i hate and i see why people are trying to traid them back in. More

The guys I directly worked with were great and I have no complaint with them. Andrew, Dria and Rodney went over and beyond what I expected to make me happy. But I wasn't happy with upper management. As a professional in the automotive industry I didn't feel as though I was given the respect that I fully deserved. The guys in service did a good job, but could have been a little more picky as I am. Make the finished job look as though it was brand new and treat the customers vehicle as though it were your own or better than your own!!!! More
Neal Stukes was wonderful as a salesperson. He never tried to tell me what I wanted like some dealers do if they don"t have what you are looking for. He tried to actually help me instead of sell me a car I didn't want. Dria Santoro knew her job like the back of her hand. I hate paperwork but she made it easy for me. You can tell how someone does their job if they are trying to fool you or really know what they are doing. The real key to a great dealership is customer service. My mother fell during our visit. Everyone at the dealer tried to see that she was comfortable and was okay. Most of these people had nothing to do with the sell, or even knew who she was with. These were just people who cared about other people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
