This dealership does not give customers a warm and friendly feeling when I walk in. I insure two Ford dealerships in Pennsylvania, and they knock the socks off every time I need service done at eithe friendly feeling when I walk in. Not to mention, when they informed I needed front brake rotors and they told me they needed to order them. I found this to be odd. Why wouldn't they have a common item like this nine stock. I will be gojng to my insured dealerships in Pennsylvania from now on, even though my company headquarters are in Wytheville. By the way, locals aren't impressed either from what I have been told. Huff Ford was well liked, Ashenbach...not so much. More
