Dealership is great but, I went to look at a truck and when I got there, the gas cap cover was broken off and laying in the back seat. When I got in the truck to test drive it, it was filthy. My "salesman" was a young kid that couldn't answer any of my questions. He was too busy texting his "girl" and talking about her the entire time. The reason I decided to buy the truck was because of Kelly Oakes. She was awesome and we had a spiritual connection. God bless her! More

When negotiating, salesman got upset when we called out false advertisement. I “bought” the car more than a month ago and we still don’t have title and tags transferred. (Which is supposed to be done by de false advertisement. I “bought” the car more than a month ago and we still don’t have title and tags transferred. (Which is supposed to be done by dealer.) Better off buying the car by myself. Dealership also told me I was approved by myself, then a day or two later said I needed a co-signer. I was told to drive an hour to the dealership one day in hopes to get the car. Sat there for about 2 hours while the dealers were trying to get ahold of the bank just to be told the bank was closed. Overall absolutely horrific and unprofessional experience. Currently contemplating reaching out to the B.B.B. Already made a payment on a car I’ve drove for less than 2 weeks, the dealer has had it for about 3. More

Our truck was towed on Friday & the tow truck got there too late for our 10:00 appointment. We had to wait until Tuesday (why not Monday?) Anyway, the quote to replace our thermostat was about $550. We took it somewhere else & had it replaced for less than $200! I leased a new company truck there in 2022 & had all the service done there but the service & customer has greatly deteriorated! More
