Dealership is great but, I went to look at a truck and when I got there, the gas cap cover was broken off and laying in the back seat. When I got in the truck to test drive it, it was filthy. My "salesman" was a young kid that couldn't answer any of my questions. He was too busy texting his "girl" and talking about her the entire time. The reason I decided to buy the truck was because of Kelly Oakes. She was awesome and we had a spiritual connection. God bless her! More

When negotiating, salesman got upset when we called out false advertisement. I “bought” the car more than a month ago and we still don’t have title and tags transferred. Our truck was towed on Friday & the tow truck got there too late for our 10:00 appointment. We had to wait until Tuesday (why not Monday?) Anyway, the quote to replace our thermostat was about $550. That's too late for our 10:00 appointment. We had to wait until Tuesday (why not Monday?) Anyway, the quote to replace our thermostat was about $550. That's Outrageous! We took it somewhere else & had it replaced for less than $200! I leased a new company truck there in 2022 & had all the service done there but the service & customer has greatly deteriorated! More
