I purchased a Honda Accord from Ascension Honda on 3/21/22 and my salesman name is James “Bubble” Brown. I didn’t get the car until a week later which was 3/28/22 because I was told that the car neede 3/21/22 and my salesman name is James “Bubble” Brown. I didn’t get the car until a week later which was 3/28/22 because I was told that the car needed little maintenance done on it. I left the car lot to find out that my backup camera don’t work and my glove box latch is broken so I never even gotten to look in the glove box I called back to let them know they said they were ordering my parts and it should be in soon. It’s been 2months and I still haven’t gotten the call to bring my car in for repairs. I was back and forth to the dealership and nothing was happening so I called and talked to a man by the name Damon in service department and he said that the parts were ordered and should be in soon it take a long time for the parts to come in and that has been a whole month ago. I haven’t heard back from James or Damon yet. I call a couple of times and was told that they were in a meeting and someone will get back to me and no one ever did. I will not recommend no one to go to this place to nobody for a car. More
Car has been there for over a month for air bags and we continue to get the run around and delayed every time they say it will be ready . I went to Tiger Honda this morning to get my tire light taken care of, I told my driver rear tire had a slow leak. The little lady was very pleasant and super nice. She came to tell me tire was patchabl taken care of, I told my driver rear tire had a slow leak. The little lady was very pleasant and super nice. She came to tell me tire was patchable, for 27.00. Which I thought was high., but I was already there so I said that was fine. Almost 2 hrs later my car was ready. 42.45 dollars was the total. I got screwed , I bought a brand new tire for my Honda civic at Wal-mart for 45.69 dollars , that's put on and discard the old tire. Also being totally screwed they did not reset my tire light. But I have learn my lesson , I drive to Team Honda where I get service and prices I deserve. More

I was told the part would be in August 2020 or if not before. (B/c SUPPOSEDLY it was on back-order and because of COVID 19 it would be a delay.) OK I brought that lie. Never once heard from anyone in the service dept. with updates on the part. I called one day last month to get an update of course the guy was saying the same thing the part not in yet. Pulled up there last Thursday now all of a sudden he going to tell me he didn't tell me the part will be in August or if not before. Now he told me maybe November. Really???? (6 months for a part) And then the guy (service Advisor) was so RUDE! Just walked off like he was mad. Spoke to the new service manager who was suppose to contact my by Tuesday of this week. Of course never got back in touch with me. Been calling and leaving messages still no call. Bad business! I'm not happy More

After 8 months and constantly calling with complaints was told to bring my car in to trade it in. But after all that was told my car is worth only 2000-after only 8 month's after purchase. More
