I purchased a vehicle from Ascension Honda about a year ago, and the experience remains one of the most unpleasant I’ve ever had. While Brandon was professional and courteous, the conduct of Finance Manage ago, and the experience remains one of the most unpleasant I’ve ever had. While Brandon was professional and courteous, the conduct of Finance Manager PJ and Sales Manager Sheldon was deeply troubling. PJ was aggressive, dismissive, and openly hostile throughout the process. He made inappropriate personal remarks, shouted during discussions, and even used profanity in front of my young child and spouse. He altered agreed-upon pricing, refused to honor verbal commitments made by Brandon, and became visibly angry when asked reasonable questions. Sheldon, the Sales Manager, stood by and did nothing to de-escalate the situation. Despite having placed a deposit and waited weeks for the vehicle, I regretted going through with the purchase. The dealership failed to provide promised documentation for dealer-added packages, and the overall atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming. I reached out to General Manager Eddie Boyd immediately after the incident. He responded with a brief apology and assured me the matter would be addressed—but I never received any follow-up or resolution. Even a year later, the memory of this experience remains disappointing. I would not recommend Ascension Honda to anyone seeking a respectful and professional car-buying process. More
