Additionally, because we were rushed to pick up our son, we were told the paperwork would take only 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not accurate. I had to leave while my husband stayed to finalize everything, and the process ended up taking more than three hours. There were also two days of delay related to matters we were not informed about in advance, and afterward we were unable to reach either Courtney or the sales manager to discuss our concerns. We genuinely like the car and are happy with the purchase itself, but the overall sales process could have been more professional, transparent, and respectful of our time. More
