Worst customer service by far in the state of Florida I Icalled to inquire about a vehicle that was just received with photos or price. They gave me a price on 2008 BMW 750 LI for $14500 by salesman. They do credit application over the phone Run my credit at least 10-15 times 4-5 days go by I never received a call back on credit application. I called back talk to manager. The price of car now goes up $1000 instantly. I called on the price increase and the manager says he will honor original price I was given Red flags all around. This dealership has moved from 4 locations in Sarasota in past 2 years. Original on rte 41 to bee ridge to rte 301 and now on stickney pioint. Now they are calling their dealership on the website Luxury Auto. This is shady operation. Stay away. I never got approved on loan I do not think. I never got a return call. Just many excuses. Warning. Shop elsewhere. Check past reviews. More

paid 5300 down on jeep that has major problems Worked on deal for three days to buy jeep my credit is terrible and jeep said special credit easy financing nothing easy about it when they told me I Worked on deal for three days to buy jeep my credit is terrible and jeep said special credit easy financing nothing easy about it when they told me I needed so much down I said I didn't know they kinda stayed away from me then told me I needed 4300.00 down plus my trade in cleaned my checked ng out and came to store test drove the jeep had a wobble was told by Chris shock just got replaced we took his word. Didn't even get home on highway it shook real bad looked under jeep when we got home The shock had been put in wrong. Then three days later I was stranded on the side of the road with a broken brake hose had to tow husband had to take off work buy hose fix price 85 for part 61 for tow and loss of work and labor 75.00 then a week later obdometer reading went off back left window won't roll down squeeling brakes bushings squeeling took to Chrysler cause we r concerned told take jeep back was submerged in water called Jamie was told he would have owner call me back the cluster was 642.00 plus there needed a double shock and the shock they put on needed to be fixed waited all day for owner to call no call called back next day talked yo Jamie said owner was there but on the phone then he Jamie said he would pay for brake hose but nothing else this is my only vehicle and I am loosing work cause I have an unsafe vehicle that I have an extended warrenty for but it doesn't cover anything wrong they greased everything so you wouldn't hear squeel now I have an Axel that is leaking it said on their webpage they sale vehicles that r above and beyond but not safe I am out 5600.00 before my first payment and cannot even drive it I have what is called a very unsafe vehicle. And because we bought as is who cares got my money who cares the web also said wed get a description of what they did don't get didn't get original manual. That's for experience I worked really hard to get the money for this jeep and now I regret very much More

Dont let the smile and low price fool you!!!! I was a sold a 350z and was told the front bumper was changed due to minor damage. I had the car for a year and decided to trade it in to find out the I was a sold a 350z and was told the front bumper was changed due to minor damage. I had the car for a year and decided to trade it in to find out the car was worthless. The car has frame damage and was only worth less than half I paid for it. The car fax pages I was given showed now damages due to finding out that part was taken out when it was given to me. Dont get taken like I was. More

Great service My car of choice was a Pontiac GTO in which I got from the bee ridge location. Arriving to the store I was greeted with a friendly smile from Chris My car of choice was a Pontiac GTO in which I got from the bee ridge location. Arriving to the store I was greeted with a friendly smile from Chris (my salesman) which is hard to come by now a days. My entire visit was great each salesman made me very comfortable (even the mechanic). Not once did I feel as I was being shoved into a car. I told them which car I wanted and Gary made sure I drove home in that car the same day. If you are the type of person who wants what they see like me than this is the place for you.
