Art Moehn Honda - Service Center

When we purchased our Honda CRV, we were told that Adam Soper was to be our service person. This was unusual for us because this is the first dealership we've bought from that has one specific person to c Soper was to be our service person. He knows us as soon as we enter the service area and is always helpful when processing our service needs. Usually, we would take our vehicles to "regular" places for services (ex. 10 minute oil change centers). It is because of the service we receive from Adam that all the service done to our CRV has been completed at the dealership. More

Let me tell you my story. I bought a honda accord from Battle Creek honda after I got a better deal. I live in Jackson and would have bought a car from them, but they wouldn't budge. Oh well. I had a rear accident that was a 12/2006 quick claim insurance for $1,800. Art Moehn wanted to fix it in 4 days I was told. After I got a call in 3 days, I picked it up. After three additional trips back in 1/07 to adjust alignment and buff the paint job, I finally caved in. After just eight months the paint 8/2007 started to look awful. I took it back to them and they were very condecending to say the least. I got pissed and used a few choice words to tell them how I felt. I told them that I don't know what it looks behind the bumper or tail light, but I can only imagine. I preceeded to contact my agency who referred me to Olivers (Dave Bell). They were great there. They showed me all the lousy work they had done at Art Moehn. I took it back to Art Moehn who says they will take pictures of their work. Guess what. I will take it back to Olivers after I get back this week and have them do the same thing all over again to make sure it is done right! I will not buy from Art Moehn or have work done there either.
