outstanding customer service! I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda service fixed it. But not only did they fix it, it was free of charge, because Honda had determined some older vehicles developed this same problem so they provided an automatic extended warranty. All labor and service was covered free! I am so impressed! Their vehicles are great, salesman Jason was so helpful and informative when I purchased the CRV, and their customer service (if any repair should be needed) far exceeds expectations! More

After speaking with Marty Ottaway over the phone concerning the particulars, I decided to take my business to Art Moehn Chevrolet Honda for servicing, namely an oil change. Marty was very attentive to my needs and answered all my question in a professional manner. I was escorted to a clean waiting room, and was informed that I would have an approximate 45-minute wait. Less than 30-minutes latter my van was completely serviced, whereby Marty Ottaway explained to me in detail what services were performed, and systems checked. I left Art Moehn satisfied knowing that my 2008 Odyssey Van was in good hands and well looked after. Thanks Marty, your the Best!! More

I was on a business trip on April 10, 2013 and traveling home from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Naperville, Illinois when my engine light on my Honda Odyssey activated. Not being very familiar with the area, I was uncertain of the problem and wondered if I could make it home. Luckily I saw the sign for Art Moehn's Honda dealership in Jackson, Michigan, just off of I-94. I stopped and met with Adam Soper and a female service employee who were very friendly, not to mention helpful and professional. They were happy to help and were able to diagnose the problem with the engine. Initially, they could not provide a time table for the repair, however, it took less than an hour, and I was able to proceed with my travel. It was also noted that the mechanic who resolved the issue with the car did so during his lunch hour so that I would not be further delayed. Not only am I impressed with the assistance I received from the dealership, but it reinforces my faith in the Honda product - a product which is more than a promise of conveyance, but delivering on a promise of placing the customer first. While driving to Jackson from Adrian I noticed a loud noise coming from the left front panel. It got louder the further along I drove. So I drove to the Art Moehn Chevorlet Honda dealer I leased my Hond noise coming from the left front panel. It got louder the further along I drove. So I drove to the Art Moehn Chevorlet Honda dealer I leased my Honda Civic from and entered the service bay. We were greeted by a very nice man who asked us what Honda could do for us today. After explaining the noise we heard while driving, he said he'd have it looked at and we waited while service looked into the problem. After only 15 minutes or less, they were done, and told us it was a small stone that had lodged between the brake shield and the brake assembly and that's all it was. Adam Soper was the representative that worked with us, and he told us there would be no charge! He was so nice, and it took such a short time, not to mention the fact we weren't charged for the time it took to find the problem. Not many dealerships that I know of would do that for nothing. I was surprised and asked, "are you sure? No charge?" He said no charge, with a smile on his face! I have had excellent service from the minute I walked into the Honda dealer 1 1/2 years ago to lease my Honda. Starting with the person who sold the car to me, and every time I've called or had an issue. The dealership goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant experience for the customer. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I am a very happy, satisfied Honda customer. Thanks, Art Moehn!! More
Although we did not purchase our used Honda from Art Moehn, we now utilize their service department exclusively as their service is by far superior! In the area in which we reside, there are several local dealerships and so we purchased our Honda from one of them. When our car needed some major servicing (4 weeks after purchasing), we took our car back to the local dealership in which it had been purchased. We were completely dissatisfied by the local dealership's customer service, the compentancy, and the quality of service in the service department. When the car needed servicing yet again, we decided to make a leap and drive 50 minute away from our home and try Art Moehn Honda. Everyone, from the receptionist at the front desk, to the service staff, to the staff accepting payment for the services rendered, are extremely customer service oriented, competant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the service department. If the sales staff are as top-notch as those we have dealt with at Art Moehn, and the pricing is competitive, we will purchase our next vehicle with the dealership. More
My first Honda was a 1972, and have had Honda's every since, on about my 7th Honda. Art Moehn service on my Hondas has been great. Never have any complaints.
