I have a HHR SS that a absolutely love. While breaking it in there seem to be more problems with it than you'd consider "normal." I have been bringing my vehicle to Mike. When I bring it in I usually have a list of things I would like looked at and Mike always makes sure he has everything on the order. He is always professional, pleasant, and courtous to me and others I see in the Service Department. While my vehicle is being serviced, Mike always keeps me informed of what the progress is and what the status looks like. When I had my HHR towed in and it was a longer service period Mike and Alex took great care of me and put me in a loaner. I really appreciated it. Alex was super pleasant and nice to work with. He made things really easy to do and answered all my questions. Both Mike and Alex show they care about their customers. Because of them and their service I keep coming back and would recommend your Service Department to others. More
The service was outstanding and could not be any better. I will go back as soon as i'm ready for another oil or service with this dealership. We worked with Geno(sp?), Jackie and Katie, each of them were professional and communicated clearly the repair timeframe, and were very flexible with my husband's difficult schedule. I have a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox and have had it 5 years with hardly any thing wrong with it other than brakes, etc. Heard some humming noises while driving and some sqeaking noises too, thought great here with hardly any thing wrong with it other than brakes, etc. Heard some humming noises while driving and some sqeaking noises too, thought great here comes a big chuck of money, something is deffintly wrong with my vehicle. Made the appt with Mike from Art Moehn Chevrolet and took it in on Wednesday morning, which I could see the board was quite filled up so it would be awhile for my car to get looked at. Mike called me back with the prognois with my truck and told me that everything was covered under my Millenium claim that I had purchased with my vehicle but I wouldn't get my vehicle back until Thursday. When he told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle to tell you the truth I didn't hear none of that because of everything was Covered!!!! I was so excited that my $1500.00 bill was only going to cost me $150.00 total and how professional he and his staff was. I would recommend coming back to Art Moehn to purchase a vehicle with the extra added Warrenty and I would also recommend getting service on my vehicle again with the great service from the Manager Mike Buckland. On Tuesday (8-7-2007) I visited your dealership to visit with the Salesman (Lee Gaddy) who sold me a new Silverdo 1500 on 2-19-2007. Well he made small talk not remembering me, I ask if they make a front li with the Salesman (Lee Gaddy) who sold me a new Silverdo 1500 on 2-19-2007. Well he made small talk not remembering me, I ask if they make a front license plate holder for my truck. Well he said lets go to the parts department and find out. So we walk to the parts department and talk to person behind the counter ( I believe it was Chris) and he began to look it up. After a few minutes he said they don't make them for my truck. I said they have them in states that require them and he said them just bolt them to the holes that are there. I said fine and left. On may home from work(I work in Lansing) on Thursday 8-9-2007 I decided to stop at Glenn Buege Chevrolet in Eaton Rapids to check with about a front license plate holder. The parts person there(Glenn) started to look it up. He had to go to a couple of different screens on the computer to find whatever he was looking for. Then he says he has to get my VIN number so he ask me where I was park and I show him. He put that in his computer and low and behold guess what, he had of them in stock. I said they don't make them and he goes and gets one. He takes it out of the box and starts to go outside to my truck with me right behind him. Yes it is the one, but he said I wasn't going to like the price. I said how much and he said $65 plus tax. I said I will take it, if for no other reason than to say I got one and I will. Thank you Glenn (Glenn Buege). I guess I bought my truck at the wrong dealership. Whatever happened to service after the sale? In a letter from Art Moehn on 2-20-2007 Thanking me for my business stating Our service staff take pride in making sure each customer is completely satisfied. Well I wasn't. Word of mouth is a great way to advertise and I intend to do it. I need my drivers side door aligned but I can't afford to be without my truck for two days the way the service department works. I know your courteous van will not get me to work on time. More
I was a customer of Art Moehn for 4 years and was very pleased until the weekend of May 5th 2007. I recently moved to Grand Rapids and bought a new Avalanche from Berger Chevrolet. I was on a trip from pleased until the weekend of May 5th 2007. I recently moved to Grand Rapids and bought a new Avalanche from Berger Chevrolet. I was on a trip from GR to Lake Erie and found that my truck's navigation system needed to get a file from the dealer supplied disk. My dealer had misplaced the cd that is suposed to be supplied with the truck. I knew that I was near Art Moehn, so I decided to see them about obtaining the disk. I went in and was directed to the Manager. He asked why I didn't have the disk and I told him. He then told me that " I am not going to give you a $300 cd when you didn't buy the truck from me, have a nice day sir" I then asked him to just let me have the disk to use, then I will get with my dealer to compensate them for their disk. He became very rude and stated that he would not give me the disk. He then told me that the disk is truck specific, which is untrue. Everything ended with him very rudely saying go back to your dealer and have a nice day sir! I have never been treated so rudely before in my life by a GM dealer. The disk is a generic disk used in the navigation systems for maps. My truck was $48,000 from GM. GM dealerships are suposed to help in any way possible, but I guess that is until you buy from another dealership. They will never have my family's business again. More
I asked the service rep to document my windshield wipers were malfunctioning on a service order when i was having other repairs completed. He did not and therefore i am required to pay another deductable t were malfunctioning on a service order when i was having other repairs completed. I realize that it was my word against his but I specifically asked the service person to make a note, and they did not. They did offer to cover half of my deductable. More
