Recently PAID to have my oil changed and the tires rotated. Since that time my car seemed to have a little vibration in the front. I made an appointment to get it checked out, only to receive an e-m rotated. Since that time my car seemed to have a little vibration in the front. I made an appointment to get it checked out, only to receive an e-mail that I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off and PAY for another tire rotation. I was not even asked if I was waiting or not. It appears that Art Moehn didn't fully balance the tires during the previous rotation. Thankful to Discount Tire who resolved the issue at NO CHARGE and knew what they were doing. Might not be the best idea to be the last appointment of the day at Art Moehn. I have purchased my last three vehicles at Art Moehn, but the things I'm seeing these days, I may have purchased my last vehicle there. I like to do business with local businesses, but it appears they do not. More
I purchased my Chevy Equinox here in 2021. This was my first time bringing it here to be serviced for a oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. What a mistake; they put about This was my first time bringing it here to be serviced for a oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. What a mistake; they put about a 14” crack in my windshield that clearly wasn’t there when I brought my vehicle in. The service manager then argued with me saying that it was, “because of the cold.” I then waited while they looked at the security tapes to see what happened. We were then walking back to talk about the crack and while we were walking he was throwing his hands all around and almost hit me in the face. I was simply asking to see the footage that they “supposedly” hadn’t touched my windshield. I am so dissatisfied in how I was treated. I also never got to see the footage because I asked him nicely to please watch his hands by my face. More
Can we say scammers liars and cheats?!? I took my car in after it was damaged on the highway. I needed a comprehensive estimate to give to the responsible party...and paid $92, to get said estimate. They ca after it was damaged on the highway. I needed a comprehensive estimate to give to the responsible party...and paid $92, to get said estimate. They came back with pricing that appears to just come off my list of complaints, rather than inspecting the car and actually diagnosing issues that I can't see or feel. I also asked if they could change the headlight bulb. They quoted me saying it would be $176 to change the BULB, because "you have to drop the front bumper to get to it." I immediately told Lori thats false, but she stood by the statement. I KNOW its untrue. I've changed them myself by simply lifting the hood, and removing the cover and bulb. As per GM's own instruction booklet for this car....THERE IS NO NEED TO DROP A BUMPER TO CHANGE THE BULB. I changed it myself for $15...only to find out the bulb isn't the issue. This must have happened when the car was damaged. And since I rejected the $176 quote on the BULB, they did no diagnostics on the headlight...so this issue is left off the estimate I'm supposed to hand in. Lori STILL stands by the completely fabricated statement that the bumper needs to be dropped. I feel cheated and will never trust them again. I can only imagine how many people they've duped with this scheme. More
This place isn't worth one star but had to in order to finish the review. I took my 08 Duramax that I inherited from my Dad when he passed away. Told them I would pay the difference between OEM and afterm finish the review. I took my 08 Duramax that I inherited from my Dad when he passed away. Told them I would pay the difference between OEM and aftermarket in order to have OEM parts back on it. Accident wasn't my fault also. Was told they put all OEM parts on my truck and I owed $612 for deductible which was a lie insurance paid it. I checked on left headlight assembly because a new one was going in on the right and ventshades. $485 so I said no I would get aftermarket tinted ones. Well I go to pick up the truck, headlight in I tell Jennifer (done the estimate) I told u not to put that in I didn't want it,she says don't worry about it we wiggled some numbers and it doesn't cost u a thing. LIE!!! I pay the $612 for removing double sided tape from old ventshades and deductible.LIE!!! I go to work next day and find aftermarket parts on my truck air filter housing loose, antifreeze reservoir loose and bracket at right corner where battery is loose. Also said that my Firestone Destination XT's with 20,000 was ruined and needed new ones.LIE!!!!! . They balanced the tires.LIE!!! Truck is a 08 75,000 miles never been off the blacktop. Oh yeah plus left parts off that were supposed to be replaced. Rubber on fender and bracket for air filter housing. But the best part is when I got home and read through the paperwork that she gave me said that the right front brake caliper was stuck. How come I wasn't told this before I left the dealership.Who knows but SOS are doing a investigation and I contacted GM it's one thing to be dishonest but when they know from go that no amount of money could buy my truck and still put aftermarket parts on after I said I'd pay for OEM. That's about as low as it gets. So here I am truck still isn't fixed I'm out $612 over a LIE!!! Just think before you take anything to them because what I just wrote is 100 percent the truth!!!!!! I'll take a lie detector test or whatever else they have these days to see who is honest or dishonest and I'll pay for everyone to take it but I want a guaranteed amount agreed on before hand I get once they fail theirs and I pass mine. Because I'm telling the truth. Honesty isn't slander or anything else towards a individual. THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH!!!!!! More
I recently purchased a vehicle from art moehn, first time customer and last time customer!! They sold me a " car care contract" , stating how great it was and it to would pay for itself and would include a $ customer and last time customer!! They sold me a " car care contract" , stating how great it was and it to would pay for itself and would include a $500 voucher for next purchase. When I get received the coupon book, it contained vouchers for a percentage off service, oil changes, and only a $250 voucher for next purchase, contract could be cancelled, and I did cancel it but the dealership keeps the $1200 it costs- they didn't sell it to me , a private company did out of Florida. Buyers beware of the scams!! I will never recommend this company to anyone. The person I dealt with when cancelling the contract acted like it was a inconvenience to do it. Such a disappointment for a first experience!! The salesman, Mark Wasick- was great though. More

I have been in t This place really made buying my first car a NIGHTMARE!! I have had this car for 2 years in July and it has been nothing but a lemon. I have been in this shop 5-10 times with problems. Within the first year, the engine needed rebuilt. After the engine was rebuilt, there still seemed to be problem after problem. Engine light would come on every couple months. Now year two and I need a new transmission. The service department is HORRIBLE. Because I am a girl they talk to me like I am stupid (Todd and the service manager) so my stepdad has to communicate with these idiots. They wanted me to pay $4600 for a used transmission or $4800 for a new one. Looks like I’m not getting it fixed there. These people need to learn about customer service. The service manager seen past surveys from us apparently so instead of making things right, he made them worse. I will never buy another car from this place, EVER. Save your troubles!! Go somewhere else!!! More
Service Department - work not being done at all Scheduled an oil change for this past Saturday. After I got the car home, first I noticed the oil change message still being displayed. If this was Scheduled an oil change for this past Saturday. After I got the car home, first I noticed the oil change message still being displayed. If this was the end of it, no big deal. I can reset it. However, after I popped the hood, checked the oil and looked the engine over, I am convinced that the oil was never changed in the first place. No indication any oil was recently added. There was an old oil spot with dust on it from the previous change and the oil reeked of gasoline. Filter was dirty when I removed it. When I call the service department back, their first reaction is to say that only the info message had not been reset and to come back in. How do they know if they haven't seen the car? I had a similar experience on my last visit to have the header tacked back up after it fell down. This on a 1 y/o vehicle. A/M called and said the car was ready and when I get into it, the header is still down. It took another visit as well to get this particular issue resolved since I didn't have the time to leave it again that day. Used to have great service but apparently not any more. Be very careful if you have your car serviced here and make sure the work has been done. More

However, the next day my husband was notified that it was a timing chain problem and was given a price of $2600. When my husband questioned about there being a recall or service bulletin on that problem, the rep hesitated and played dumb, then conceded that my husband was right. Two hours later, my husband gets a call back saying that it isn't the timing chain but something else, therefore it isn't covered under warranty and it would be $2000 to fix. Come to find out, they were LYING, so that they could get away with us paying for something that didn't need fixing AND get reimbursed by GM for the warranty ... God only knows what they were actually going to do with my vehicle. Dishonesty & Greed wins them 2 Thumbs down!!! More
