I was fortunate to hookup with Mark Greulich, who addressed my needs in an attentive, customer-oriented manner. He showed me (and later my wife) cars that we had an interest in, revealing sound knowledge of his product and not pushing us in any direction for our decision. When we decided which vehicle we wanted, Mark and the dealership were able to present a deal that was quite acceptable and we are now the proud (and satisfied) owners of a 2011 Malibu. More

I have been a very satisfied customer of this dealership for many years. My previous salesconsulant and good friend, has since retired from the "sales dept, now Mikey drives the Courtesy Van. Since my lease was "up" soon, I contacted the dealership via online re:cars available,credit info. etc.. I was contacted per phone by my soon-to-be sales consultant, Ray. We went through the preliminaries and setup an appointment. Ray met me @ the door and we went to his office.I was a little apprenhensive @ first but quickly at ease, perhaps by Ray's professionalism and knowledge. We discussed the Chevy I had in mind and the testdrive was next. Ray accompanied me and was very good in giving me the general overview of the Malibu. Throughout the leasing process etc. he explained every detail including the discounts I would qualify for etc.. Ray enjoys and is proud of his job, position and the dealership he represents. I need to add, during discussion of what the car was equipped with ie, OnStar and xm radio. I mentioned the "Escape"station was my favorite. When we walked out to my new 2011 Malibu, Ray had the door opened and the radio on to my favorite station! Thank you again, Ray! More

My purchase was somewhat complicated due to trade-in exchanges and time constraints, but Todd and Scott Rice, the business manager, took over and, working together, handled everything quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to worry about anything. They reassured me that everything would work out, and it did. Both these employees are great assets to Art Moehn Chevrolet. My husband and I have had the recent misfortune to require collision work on both our vehicles from separate instances within the last 60 days. The first my Impala, and second our Silverado. We worked with Geno(sp?), Jackie and Katie, each of them were professional and communicated clearly the repair timeframe, and were very flexible with my husband's difficult schedule. Both of the above mentioned vehicles were purchased from Art Moehn. Because of the outstanding service we continue to receive from each department of your dealership we will continue to purchase our vehicles from Art Moehn. Drove an hour down to Jackson to look at a vehicle. We had to walk in and ASK for a sales person. We went for the test drive and went to go in and discuss price. We asked for an out the door price. They gave us one...about $100 off the Internet price but mind you there was a doc fee on the sheet of $120. We left for lunch to discuss it. We really liked the vehicle so we decided to go back and and ask a few questions. We test drove it again and went through the vehicle and noted a few things that needed to be fixed: scratches and a loose armrest. While we were in our test drive, the sales person took another customer and we had to WAIT for him to send the guy to the loan officer before he could come out. After discussing the issues we went back in and proceeded to the loan officer. We were given no write up for the vehicle to see the agreed price etc. After filling out all of the loan paperwork items, the loan officer mentioned the monthly payment which was $40 PER MONTH higher than the bankrate.com numbers I had run. We checked his numbers and sure enough the sales person had added around $2000 to the STICKERED PRICE on the front of the car. The sales person said it was an OOPS and fixed it to our agreed out the door price ($20 more than the sticker + taxes). Again with no paperwork for us. We went back in to figure the monthly price again...again off. They were suddenly giving us an out the door + license plate fee of $155. The salesman started raising his voice at us when I objected to this OUT THE DOOR + business. My favorite part of this is that the sales person jumped in the truck and ran it up over a curve and parked it at the very front of the dealership on the grass to draw attention to it---as we pulled past to leave the dealership! He was very friendly and worked hard to find the exact model truck I was looking for. After the sale he did a wonderful job with customer service to take care of minor problems that were covered under warranty. I would definitely recommend Barry to all of my friends based on my experience with Art Moen Chevrolet. Even the service department did an exellent job in taking care of me and gave me a ride home while the repairs took place. I will return to Art Moen for my next Chevrolet purchace. More
