When we were looking for a car, we used the internet and the phone, talking to a number of dealers. By far the most helpful and easiest to work with was Eric Humeston. We also made the decision to have our oil changes at Art Moehn, even though driving from Hamburg Twp. The service has been great. Recently, when we had a check engine light on, I had the Odyssey towed to Jackson for repair. Again the staff were courteous and capable. A special thanks to Adam Soper for his considerate manner, to Ken in service who filled in for him, and to the service staff who did the work. Taking a car to a dealer is often done with a fair amount of distrust or skepticism. This is one dealer I will return to. More
They did not disclose all information/mislead us on vehicle past ownership. **They stated it was a one owner vehicle; however neglected to share that that one owner was a rental company! Could not get sales agreement to us for review; prior to taking delivery for an approved purchase after requested several times. Per the sales associate; the vehicle was not checked into their inventory. It had just arrived. **However the vehicle was advertised as in-stock & available even though we were waiting on repairs to be completed; prior to taking delivery. Honesty is the best policy! Had that been followed we would have finalized our purchased. More
We had an overall good experience with Art Moehn. We went to the dealership in Lansing first, but they did not offer much for our trade-in. We then decided to take a drive to Jackson. Art Moehn offered us $2000 more for our trade-in. They were not high pressure and took the time to thoroughly explain about our new vehicle. Their showroom and service center were extremely clean. Our salesman was very friendly and took the time to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated. It was totally refreshing compared to our experience at the Lansing dealership. There really is a difference in dealerships. I would rate Art Moehn above the rest. More
This was by far the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. Vic was the best salesman we have ever encountered. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeble. We have dealt with many others over the years and tended to shy away from them for some reason but now we will never go anywhere else. Everyone made us feel welcome and didn't waste our time. We originally intended to buy used but Vic got us a better price by going new. He spent over an hour with me the day we picked it up going over all the bells and whistles and getting everything set so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot. I can't say enough about Vic and the dealership without going on and on about how great they were. More
My wife and I stopped in to attempt to trade our car for a new Cruze. We we were out there in the rain for quite a while before we were even asked if we were interested in anything. I told the salesman what a new Cruze. We we were out there in the rain for quite a while before we were even asked if we were interested in anything. I told the salesman what we were looking for and told him that I saw a rebate offered on their website. He never asked if I had any questions about the car and never even ased if we wanted a test drive. We then proceeded to his cubicle and he pulled up the website and advised me there was no rebate on the car. I told him that I saw it online just before we drove over a half an hour to get there. He then told me that this was their website and that there was no rebate and made me feel as though he thought I was lying. They then did an appraisal on our car and came back with an insulting offer. He was unwilling to work with us to make the deal work. Overall my experience there was very unsatisfactory and I will not make the drive to Jackson again the next time we are in the market for a car. We did however go to another dealership and are now the proud new owners of the car we attempted to buy here. P.S. The dealership we bought the car from Mr. Greulich made insulting remarks about during our visit. I found that to be quite unprofessional. More
I was recently in the market for a new vehicle and had shopped for the beat deal. I then went to art moehn to look and at that point was greatest by John Wyllis who was very pleasant and friendly. I have been driving my CRV since 2004 and a used CRV before that! The only service that has occasionally been done somewhere else is an oil change. He is polite, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. My visits there have been consistently superb in every way. Thank you for the way you run your dealership - demanding good mechanics and professional help. Thank you personally, Mr. Soper, for all the years you have looked out for me and made sure everything to do with my vehicle was handled first class - much appreciated! More

When my upfits where ready to install I had a 1:00 o'clock appointment but Jerry said if I could get there earlier the service department could start right on it. That is exactly what happened everything thing was in stalled in short order about and hour. I always say my time isnt more important than others but it is just as important and appreciate the promise matching the deed. Great job Jerry Cox and the saff at Art Mohen Chevrolet! More
