Nothing but CROOKS! Upon arrival with my towed vehicle, I was told (by probably the only truthful employee working there) that "IF it was the timing chain, it would be co Upon arrival with my towed vehicle, I was told (by probably the only truthful employee working there) that "IF it was the timing chain, it would be covered by GM." However, the next day my husband was notified that it was a timing chain problem and was given a price of $2600. When my husband questioned about there being a recall or service bulletin on that problem, the rep hesitated and played dumb, then conceded that my husband was right. Two hours later, my husband gets a call back saying that it isn't the timing chain but something else, therefore it isn't covered under warranty and it would be $2000 to fix. Come to find out, they were LYING, so that they could get away with us paying for something that didn't need fixing AND get reimbursed by GM for the warranty ... God only knows what they were actually going to do with my vehicle. Dishonesty & Greed wins them 2 Thumbs down!!! More

Our sales rep Nick was rude, he didn't listen to what we were trying to look for and kept trying to sell us on a different vehicle then what we weren't interested in (that was $2,000 out of the budget he had just asked us about), and he flat out lied to us. We were interested in a Buick, and were ready to buy that day, but the drivers side seat was messed up. We told him, that if they would fix the seat, we would talk numbers to make the purchase. It was the day after Christmas, so he said the upholstery guy would be in the next day to take a look at it. This was after we made him go ask his manager if they were going to let a seat lose a sale, because he kept arguing that it couldn't/wouldn't be fixed. Before we left the dealership that night, he said he would call us and let us know when the seat was done so we could come back and take a look. He NEVER mentioned needing money down to hold the car. The next day, my mom and step-dad call to check in on the vehicle - no response. I then receive a voicemail from Nick that the seat is done and "it looks almost as good as new. Let me know if you want me to take a few pictures and text it to you." I relayed the message to my mom and they went to look at it. When they arrived, ANOTHER COUPLE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE. When confronted, Nick said that we didn't put money down and that if this couple didn't want it, we could make a deal. We were NEVER told we had to put money down, and the whole reason the seat got fixed in the first place was BECAUSE OF US!!! When we spoke to the manager, the manager swore he would get to the bottom of it and call us back - he NEVER did!! We were so disappointed in the rude staff who flat out lied to us, that we will NEVER go back! More

Not only was the quality of the repairs done to my car terrible but the customer service was the worst I have received from anywhere ever. I was lied to on many occasions and treated extremely poorly. The shop had my car for almost 3 weeks and returned it to me with new scratches and chips in areas that should not have even been touched. The front end noises caused from the accident were not taken care of and the paint still has an orange peel texture to it. After being told by the body shop manager Garrett Joles that "he is sorry, the shop truly did mess the car up badly" I was told " they did the best they could". If you are considering using Art Meohn for any repairs, run far far away. You will be extremely disappointed with the results. Your car will certainly look better before they touch it. More

Above & Beyond Salesman Brian Chaffin is AWESOME! At the end of Oct2015 I hit a deer, which totaled my 10+ year old vehicle. Nov2015, I started working with three Salesman Brian Chaffin is AWESOME! At the end of Oct2015 I hit a deer, which totaled my 10+ year old vehicle. Nov2015, I started working with three dealers to get the best deal on a new, 2016 Chevy Traverse lease. Literally, just about 30 minutes before my husband and I were getting ready to head up to Lansing to pick up a vehicle, Brian contacted me with a much better vehicle for the same price. It was an awesome day! Brian never gave up on us, and made the entire experience awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend Art Moehn, and Brian Chaffin!! We will be back at the end of the lease, and possibly sooner to replace our second vehicle. Thanks again Art Moehn/Brian. Dec2015 has been a great month, and it's not even Christmas yet!! More

When I left I was driving home in a new car and the whole process felt very seamless. I got a competitive deal and great service. Charlie was a straight shooter, but not too pushy. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I recommend this dealership. More

We vowed to never buy new again because of the instant vehicle depreciation following the purchase and exiting of the dealership lot. Therefore, we recently began our search for a newer used vehicle. After several test drives, perusing used car warranty offers, and price comparisons we discovered a new car would be the best option. We visited several dealership websites ranging from Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. We narrowed our search to local dealerships in Michigan, within 50 miles of Jackson, and with high customer review ratings for sales and service. Consequently, we found ourselves choosing from Art Moehn’s inventory. We dreaded the customary pushy car salesperson interaction and/or dialog that causes a less than enjoyable experience. However, our salesman, Justin Batshon, turned our car purchasing experience upside down. He simply gathered information about our needs and wants and pointed us in the right direction. In addition, he helped us setup mobile apps related to our purchase… such as OnStar and Pandora. He also provided quick tips about our vehicle’s options. Outstanding Service I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission I brought my 2014 Silverado in for what I thought was "routine service" (Oil Change tire rotation etc.) I also had a recall notice from a transmission cooler connection. While checking in the service tech. said "your still at 36% oil life. Having just rolling over to 5000.2 miles I thought I was slick wheeling in for a "scheduled" oil change. The service manager told me that I had likely another 1000 miles before the service was needed. With the two year service maintenance program that came with my truck I would be better off waiting until the oil level reached the "20%" level. That would save on my maintenance package. Ok what just happened? A car dealership helped me save money? He then called a tech in to do the recall inspection and got that out of the way and logged in with GM. Seriously I was there 5 minutes. I have been I lifelong GM owner and with service like that I will be one forever. More
