Service Department - work not being done at all Scheduled an oil change for this past Saturday. After I got the car home, first I noticed the oil change message still being displayed. I can reset it. However, after I popped the hood, checked the oil and looked the engine over, I am convinced that the oil was never changed in the first place. No indication any oil was recently added. There was an old oil spot with dust on it from the previous change and the oil reeked of gasoline. Filter was dirty when I removed it. When I call the service department back, their first reaction is to say that only the info message had not been reset and to come back in. How do they know if they haven't seen the car? I had a similar experience on my last visit to have the header tacked back up after it fell down. This on a 1 y/o vehicle. A/M called and said the car was ready and when I get into it, the header is still down. It took another visit as well to get this particular issue resolved since I didn't have the time to leave it again that day. Used to have great service but apparently not any more. Be very careful if you have your car serviced here and make sure the work has been done. More
Nothing but CROOKS! Upon arrival with my towed vehicle, I was told (by probably the only truthful employee working there) that "IF it was the timing chain, it would be co Upon arrival with my towed vehicle, I was told (by probably the only truthful employee working there) that "IF it was the timing chain, it would be covered by GM." However, the next day my husband was notified that it was a timing chain problem and was given a price of $2600. When my husband questioned about there being a recall or service bulletin on that problem, the rep hesitated and played dumb, then conceded that my husband was right. Two hours later, my husband gets a call back saying that it isn't the timing chain but something else, therefore it isn't covered under warranty and it would be $2000 to fix. Come to find out, they were LYING, so that they could get away with us paying for something that didn't need fixing AND get reimbursed by GM for the warranty ... God only knows what they were actually going to do with my vehicle. Dishonesty & Greed wins them 2 Thumbs down!!! More

Our sales rep Nick was rude, he didn't listen to what we were trying to look for and kept trying to sell us on If I could give less than a 1, I would. Our sales rep Nick was rude, he didn't listen to what we were trying to look for and kept trying to sell us on a different vehicle then what we weren't interested in (that was $2,000 out of the budget he had just asked us about), and he flat out lied to us. We were interested in a Buick, and were ready to buy that day, but the drivers side seat was messed up. We told him, that if they would fix the seat, we would talk numbers to make the purchase. It was the day after Christmas, so he said the upholstery guy would be in the next day to take a look at it. This was after we made him go ask his manager if they were going to let a seat lose a sale, because he kept arguing that it couldn't/wouldn't be fixed. Before we left the dealership that night, he said he would call us and let us know when the seat was done so we could come back and take a look. He NEVER mentioned needing money down to hold the car. The next day, my mom and step-dad call to check in on the vehicle - no response. I then receive a voicemail from Nick that the seat is done and "it looks almost as good as new. Let me know if you want me to take a few pictures and text it to you." I relayed the message to my mom and they went to look at it. When they arrived, ANOTHER COUPLE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE. When confronted, Nick said that we didn't put money down and that if this couple didn't want it, we could make a deal. We were NEVER told we had to put money down, and the whole reason the seat got fixed in the first place was BECAUSE OF US!!! When we spoke to the manager, the manager swore he would get to the bottom of it and call us back - he NEVER did!! We were so disappointed in the rude staff who flat out lied to us, that we will NEVER go back! More

Not only was the quality of the repairs done to my car terrible but the customer service was the worst I have received from anywhere ever. I was lied to on many occasions and treated extremely poorly. The shop had my car for almost 3 weeks and returned it to me with new scratches and chips in areas that should not have even been touched. The front end noises caused from the accident were not taken care of and the paint still has an orange peel texture to it. After being told by the body shop manager Garrett Joles that "he is sorry, the shop truly did mess the car up badly" I was told " they did the best they could". If you are considering using Art Meohn for any repairs, run far far away. You will be extremely disappointed with the results. Your car will certainly look better before they touch it. More
