Avoid this dealership Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to cle Sales manager failed to deliver on a promise made for condition of sale. Front bumper was to be made free of paint chips due to rock hits prior to clear protective shield (I paid over $1200 for this to be added). The shield has now exacerbated the paint chips. I’m in the process of escalating this to Lexus Corporate and dealership owner, Berge Group. Additionally the transfer paperwork for my trade in was never completed and I received a notice of intent to suspend my vehicle registration from ADOT. It’s being cared for TODAY (over 6 weeks later) due to my phone call. Such incompetence. More
