I have been going there for service for over 18 years and bought two cars from them. Trust me I would not have if they were not THAT GOOD!!! I used to deal with David Scott (great service rep) until he and bought two cars from them. Trust me I would not have if they were not THAT GOOD!!! I used to deal with David Scott (great service rep) until he transferred to another dept. I now work with Robert Quintara and still receive great service. If you like getting the run around and wasting time, Arrowhead Honda is the place for you. I could sit here and write a book on my experience but I’ll just hit you with some basics. First zero custome Arrowhead Honda is the place for you. I could sit here and write a book on my experience but I’ll just hit you with some basics. First zero customer service. For a place that needs repeat buyers, they sure go out of the way to make you never want to go back. Salesman think they know the product but in reality they do not. Finance managers push you off to someone else because they don’t want to help or do their jobs. Salesman claimed they were different than any other dealer. Nope. All I wanted to do is get a refund of some add ons that the dealer did not recommend after the purchase was complete. Been told many times (I have proof) that the check was ready. Been to the dealer a few times to get refund and nothing. No one knows anything. Call your salesman. Everytme! Still no resolution and we are about to head into week three. Shop at your own risk! More

Eric was very highly recommended. I met with him on a Tuesday afternoon about 3. Told him what I was looking for. On Wednesday morning, he notified me of a CRV Exl........exactly w I met with him on a Tuesday afternoon about 3. Told him what I was looking for. On Wednesday morning, he notified me of a CRV Exl........exactly what I wanted. Bought Wednesday afternoon at 3. So 24 hours to buy. Amazing. He is VERY knowledgeable. Believe me, there were MANY differences between new car and my 18-year-old 2006 Odyssey!! So I asked him to repeat much of the info. He has made it perfectly clear that he will help me with anything I need while getting used to the new electronics. Great experience. Definitely will recommend to friends. Thank you, Eric. More
