I understand how this mistake may have made you feel but it was just that a mistake. None of what you said is true except the fact that we told you was a mistake. We are all human and happens. There is no trickery or anything of what you mentioned. If we didn't catch it and you did buy the car, for 8k less then what all the other ones with even more miles are priced at, would you then cut us back a 8,000 check for the difference we caught. Probably not, so as uncomfortable as it is, we told you right away was a simple mistake as soon as it was caught. I do apologize that this wasn't caught earlier in the conversation. Seems like it would have sticked out like a sore thumb right next to the older ones for way more $ but missed it. Again sorry for the inconvenience. We did try to offer additional savings but understandably was upset and declined. Again we're sorry for the MISTAKE.

All of what I wrote is factual. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. I have screen shots and time stamps that if I could, I would upload to this site. I can understand the mistake in advertising, but confirming that you had the car and the internet price was correct multiple times….up until the moment I sat in the car was unprofessional. I don’t think you tried to correct the situation as soon as you found out otherwise I would have been called well before I arrived since you said that you had been getting calls all day on it and had not been able to fix the advertisement. A mistake is understandable, not valuing a customers time and then questioning their integrity is something else entirely.

Nobody is arguing with you on what happened. I was referring to the intentions you said that we had behind the mistake that was all not true. It was a simple input mistake that you in your comments decided to elevate the situation by calling us crooks and cheap tricks. And that we don't appreciate. It was just a mistake and no reason to start name calling. If this was our motivation why wouldn't we just make the other similar models that same great price and attract even more people? We didn't though it was simply inputted wrong on that one model. We apologized and offered a discount because of this. I understand you didn't accept it but doesn't mean we didn't try to make up for your time and our mistake. Again sorry for your experience.

Was I dealt with “straight”? No, I was lied to and not straight = crooked . Was the price I was told online and via text before I drove out to the dealership correct? No, it was not I was deceived and deception = underhanded. Was my time and the time of my family respected? No I was “tricked” into driving out to your dealership only to find out the real price. So those are my words and they are true you just might not like them. Ok maybe “sleazy” was a bit much… but I was pissed off and if the roles were reversed I am sure you would be too. Why don’t you under advertise more cars this way? I don’t know if you do or not. This is my experience and this was the experience of my son who was super disappointed that he wasn’t able to get his first car that day. We were super excited to find such a great car and were willing to rearrange our weekend to make it happen…. only to have all this all blow up. Appreciate it or not…. that doesn’t bother me in the slightest. But for what it is worth, I appreciate the apology.

Sorry for your experience. I believe was perhaps misunderstanding and potentially a poor delivery of the message. Vehicles go through a very extensive 182 point inspection period, especially Hondas due to certification requirements. It's not that you couldn't test drive because of your appearance at all. In fact most of the buyers for the Type R are younger individuals both male & female alike. Because it hadn't gone through inspection yet, it was most likely the managers call that in order to feel more comfortable about taking it for drive beforehand was first to be sure it made sense on paper for you. Or of course just wait till out of the shop. Again apologize for the way this made you feel about our dealership. I can assure you it wasn't intentional and we've been serving the valley for over 24 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and repeat customers from all ages & walks of life.

"The Civic had yet to go through recon so a test driving was not an option, completely understandable as there is significant liability involved as it has not been inspected." I was a recon manager for 6 years, that is why I included this statement in my review. I'm am well aware of the certification process and liability involved in test driving a vehicle that has yet to be inspected. I feel restating what I said in the review would be redundant. Arrowhead has several negative reviews that include the "buying today" push. Perhaps rather than literally pushing the customer out the door, you should train your ASM's to use different verbiage. Hydar's body language, choice of verbiage, blatant arrogance and bullying attitude is what sent me out the door sans the Type R I came to your dealership to possibly purchase. Let me be very clear, I used "possibly purchase" as I have yet to drive a Type R. I was reluctant to add this however, I do understand that females are looked at differently in Hydar's culture. BUT given the fact we are in America and he is in customer service perhaps he should do better at hiding his cultural distain for women, just a thought.

As a business owner I strive for my customers needs & wants. I have never experienced such a horrible customers service in sales ever. This place has no knowledge in customer service whatsoever sadly. I asked myself there is hardly anyone in this dealer. I wasn’t surprised why because they worst manger ever his name is Anthony with an attitude toward customers looks like Capone manner very disrespectful unprofessional rudeness toward us.
