Dealership pushing services/intervals not in Owners Manual The Dealership tries to explain the GM cars are not designed/equipped to operate in the hot environment Phoenix (Valley of the Sun)and and try to sell The Dealership tries to explain the GM cars are not designed/equipped to operate in the hot environment Phoenix (Valley of the Sun)and and try to sell expensive services/intervals that are different from the Owners Manuals. I have no issues with the Service personnel. They were outstanding. I have contacted via On-Star... GM personnel who have advised to only approve/do what is in the Service Manual. I did and subsequently was advised by the Dealership the non-Owners Manual requirements were needed for safety purposes. My Wife and I really enjoy the Cadillac brand we have owned. I have a strong technical (undergraduate and graduate degrees) background with 31 years experience in various technical assignments in Caterpillar Inc in the USA,Europe/Mideast, and Russia.. I would not have my Wife take the car to the Dealership by herself. I can backup this response with detail in writing. More

My father said that he never felt pushed or rushed and that the buying experience was the best he had. I had two bad experiences at the local Jeep dealerships in the area and wanted to see if they could find a Jeep for me. People are not going to give their business to a place that makes them feel uneasy or forced. When my father took me the next day, we were greeted with smiles and my father like a good friend. Michael who is the owners son came in and welcomed me and welcomed back my father. It was a great introduction and they had my vehicle. Barton who did the financial part stayed late just to work on my paperwork cause he helped my parents and wanted to take care of me. Jim*( I am sorry if that wasn't his name) gave me the ins and outs of the Jeep while Joe was finishing up with another guest. He was great and full of knowledge, more so then the men who worked at the Jeep dealership. Thano you! Arrowhead Cadillac is the only service department I have ever used where the customer comes first. I take all of my cars to them and always recommend them to friends and family. I have never been able to do that with any other dealership. More
