Great Beverly Hills type service! Tony Grova/Assistant Service Manager at Arrowhead Cadillac is always friendly and takes care of me with my 2007 Escalade. Tim Kielman/Part Manager is Tony Grova/Assistant Service Manager at Arrowhead Cadillac is always friendly and takes care of me with my 2007 Escalade. Tim Kielman/Part Manager is always the same very friendly and has no problem ordering parts for me. I am always telling my friends about the great service and the very clean waiting room and restroom at Arrowhead Cadillac. The dealership always makes me feel special and is not like the other dealers on my side of town. I live in the Ahwatukee Foothills of Phoenix so the hour drive to Arrowhead is worth it when I have a Cadillac related. Great Beverly Hills type service! More
Another Oil Change leads another New Car ! The first thing I'd like to say about Arrowhead Cadillac is that It's always been a pleasure dealing with other professionals ! On 04/13/2016 I ha The first thing I'd like to say about Arrowhead Cadillac is that It's always been a pleasure dealing with other professionals ! On 04/13/2016 I had an appointment for a LOF at 8AM dropped of my 2011 DTS Platinum with 23,500 miles in the service drive and headed to the show floor, after I looked at the floor units I was looking on the lot and noticed on the front pad a sneaking looking coupe, just then Steve Henley came up and introduced himself I asked if that was a new version of the CTS and he said no it's the all new ATS-V. It reminded me of my '72 Nova SS a real coupe look and it's rear drive then he told me it had a Twin Turbo V-6...WHAT ! Steve then asked what I had in service, I told him and he said there is a strong market for that model especially with the low miles and the looks as if it came right off the floor. So after I was called to service that my DTS was ready I pulled it around front to have Steve take a peek at it and before I knew it I was asking another question about the ATS-V and Steve took me around the corner to see another one just for comparison. Then I asked if the used vehicle buyer would have a moment to look at my DTS and a quick yes was the reply, in just a few moments I had starting numbers on a purchase and a lease now that in it's self was a pleasant surprise. As I glanced at the numbers, again I was surprised how close to comfort I was for the first round I really was not in need of a new car and Steve agreed and said it's a Cadillac it's not a question of need and he was right. He had been so nice I just had to tell him that I have a bad taste about GM and how they treated my on my 2014 vibrating Silverado and told him if I ever decided to let the DTS go I'd replace it with a Mustang or a Challenger as I no longer need a full size car and I missed my Nova SS except for the lack of brakes and next to no cornering. Then Steve asked about my my experiences with Arrowhead Cadillac I've had no complaints in fact I had my '08 DTS in for a LOF and went home with the 2011 DTS. after we both chuckled he pointed out that Arrowhead is different and I could not agree more when I was dealing on the '11 I won the first two rounds the first was with the desk manager the second with the sales manager but I lost the third round to Rick Meewes and the service dept has been nothing but exceptional. At this point I still have the work sheet in my hand and think OK I'll toss a counter and it's all subject to how it rides and the operation of the eight speed transmission, Steve said I'll get a plate and before I knew it he said the counter was accepted after you let us know about the drive. I've never believed in over working a new engine especially after how many I've built and still believe in a proper brake in regardless of what's printed in the owners manual. It did not take long to feel the power and it was another couple of miles to realize that the ride was not that bad for a smaller car but the Recaro seats really made the difference. The transmission almost snapped the deal as under light acceleration the feeling of gear searching was very evident so I tried the manual control and for my driving style it felt much better especially in a city environment when coming up to a stop I was not on the brakes so much because I was not in a high gear. All I can say at this point is SOLD CITY ! as I'm sure in no time I'd master this transmission to fit me. When I arrived back at the store I told Steve we have a deal but that I'd have to run home to get my check book and the title plus clean out my personal items and I have a prior lunch engagement not a problem it will be ready in an hour just give me a call so I'm available when your on your way in. After spending thirty years in dealerships I suddenly became emotionally involved in a vehicle going against everything I was taught and preached. I called my Wednesday lunch buddies and said I'd be late, called Steve and he said it was detailed and fueled and the paperwork in the business office and that was just as quick, Steve took a few moments to hook up and transfer my On-Star and XM and gave me his personal cell number if I had any questions period now that is personalized service ! The next day was a day of errands starting off in the far southeast valley and putting on just over 200 miles I still can't get the smile off my face. More
