Worst Dealership in Arizona, hands down. I purchased a new 2016 ATS-V back in February of this year. About 2 weeks later I was hearing a noise coming the driver side. Took it to them twice an I purchased a new 2016 ATS-V back in February of this year. About 2 weeks later I was hearing a noise coming the driver side. Took it to them twice and both times kept saying oh we cant hear the noise its probably nothing or maybe a turbo or water pump. What a bunch of xx. Finally took it a REAL Cadillac dealer where there techs know their cars. Within about 5 minutes they figured out and actually heard the noise and it was my transmission pump. I will NEVER purchase a car or go here for service again. If my transmission had failed while on the freeway because of their negligence This dealership would be in a world of hurt. Do not go here...and another thing that I found extremely upsetting, was the fact that they insulted my fiance to her face and on the phone, when she knows more about cars then any of their techs. Also we had a tire replaced under the extended service plan we had...well here begins problem #2. They apparently don't know how to order the right size tires for their own vehicles so it caused us to have to wait another 3 days without our car. I hope the Manager of this dealership sees this and calls me. I also think a call to the BBB is something I will do as well....you all have been warned!!! More
