DO NOT LEASE ANY CADILLAC HERE...and think about buying ! I leased a 2016 ATS-V on 04/06/2016 turned it in on 03/28/2019 with 6.800 miles showroom condition. On 09/27/2019 I get a letter from GM stating I I leased a 2016 ATS-V on 04/06/2016 turned it in on 03/28/2019 with 6.800 miles showroom condition. On 09/27/2019 I get a letter from GM stating I owe $650.00 for fees that I was not aware or remember, this is SIX MONTHS LATER ! Told by GM it's on the contract, silly me I turned all that paper work with the dealer. dealer states nothing they could do as it's a GM Financial Deal after buying two vehicles from them and I was told at turn in there was nothing else owed or any refunds and never saw a person in the finance office and because of the low mileage and pristine condition including the OEM C/D player I added at MY EXPENSE in their service dept. As I write the check today to GM Financial tomorrow afternoon I'll be taking delivery of my 2019 Lincoln Continental ! After this ordeal and the way I was treated by GM on my 2014 Silverado with a vibration issue that had only 69 miles on it not to mention that they had the truck for five months and put over 1,500 miles on it before they finally realized there was an issue I'm done with anything GM. Government bail outs, Striking workers who learned nothing from 1972. I'm taking my once proud GM sales plaques, eighteen in all and making hot plates of of them. More

Because I used my cell phone, they started text bombing me about the vehicle. I finally explain we were not purchasing at this time. I then start receiving calls from the sales manager Jeff. It was New Years morning and we were on vacation and got in at 4:00 in the morning from our daughters party. This ignoramus, Clint, who claimed he was the sales manager chose to call me New Years morning to wake me up and ask me why I did not buy the car from them. These guys have some gull. We did decide to buy a $105,000 vehicle from Coulter Cadillac who were phenomenal to work with. We but they had to trade with a dealer in Nevada because Arrowhead refused to trade what we wanted, for any price. Had they agreed, we would have purchased our next car from Arrowhead out of respect. What we learned from a number of dealers we happen to know in the state is that Arrowhead is very disliked in the industry and they do not play well with others. They not only demonstrated this, they went over board to stalk us and harass us with text messages and calls. They got my name from my cell, then looked my company up to see I was a CEO, and started calling my office. This was an act of desperation. They could have just treated everyone better and earned our business. My opinion, the dealership is pathetic. More

He paid $1200 to be told they couldn't fix the problem and they didn't give him a refund. Janky dealership, beware.
