Rob Cox is a great service writer and understands your concerns when you bring your vehicle in. I believe their prices for repairs are a little too high, especially for an oil change. I had my car serviced for both repair and recall (inside door handles) work. Esther Jordan and the technician (I do not know his name) found several items that needed to be repaired/replaced when I had my door handles) work. Esther asked me to make an appointment at my convenience to repair these items and let me know that they would need the vehicle overnight. While my car was being serviced, Lund also changed my oil and washed my car. The car was ready when promised and there was no charge - absolutely no charge! I would definitely recommend Lund Cadillac. Their workmanship and professionalism has always been above expectations! More

Having orignally bought our vehicle at Lund Cadillac, we have had all of our service issues worked on by their service department.
