I have a 1999 Saab 9-3 and I have always taken it to the dealer for service. Once I found out that Lund Cadillac started selling and servicing Saabs, I started taking my car there because of the dealer's r dealer for service. My car has always been repaired on time and the esimates are usually very accurate. My only real compaint is that Lund Cadillac discontinued their loaner car program for Saabs. More
Friendly, professional staff. Good coffee and bagels in the waiting room. Car was washed and returned to me like new. Even some light dust on the inside was wiped down. Great service from Steven! He understood the problem with my vehicle, diagnosed it and fixed it. The waiting room lobby seemed very nice with bagels, Starbucks coffee and an ice cream machine. When I am in for service Steve always stops to say hello and see how things are going. Because our first experience in 2000 with Lund Cadillac was pleasant I chose to purchase my SRX at Lund in 2009. Had no reason to look elsewhere. Tony Grova is my Service Consultant. Tony has explained and made sure the minor warranty repairs were done to my satisfaction. I usually have a lot of questions and he takes the time to answer ALL of them. My SRX had hail damage from the October, 2010 hail storm in Phoenix. Again, Tony guided me through the process making it much less stressful for me. And yes, my SRX looks new again! Tony Grova is a great asset to Lund Cadillac. More
First of all, the car (09 CTS) does not require much service except of lube oil & filter. Every time we bring the car in for service they are very responsive and prompt. Eric is the only service co-or service except of lube oil & filter. Every time we bring the car in for service they are very responsive and prompt. Eric is the only service co-ordinator I have worked with at Lund and I must say he is the best one I have ever worked with regardless of dealership. I have had other luxury brands prior to the CTS, but my experience with Lund and Eric is the best by far. More

I took the car in for leaking coolant. The dealer covered everything under the powertrain warranty, fixed other issues at no cost. They also gave me a rental car at no cost, as well as fully detaili covered everything under the powertrain warranty, fixed other issues at no cost. I contacted LUND as I sometimes receive coupons for oil changes etc. When I brought my car in Tony was extremely gracious and helped me with a few issues my car was having and gave me a rental car. I had a chance to take my car in for service but didn't get to make an appointment beforehand because I didn't know I would have a chance to drop it off until Sunday evening. I showed up on Monday morning and felt quite welcomed. Tony took the car right in and assured me they would do all they could to have it finished by the end of the day. My husband and I grabbed coffee and donuts from the customer lounge and went to work. My car needed an oil change and has been running rough, so they performed diagnostic. All of the needed parts were in stock. Of course I never like paying for car repair. I have compared pricing in the past and feel I get extra service from Lund than anywhere else so it is worth a little bit more to me. I got my car back that evening, on time, running perfectly and washed. More
