Esther always goes out of her way to let me know what requires fixing and how much it will cost to have it fixed. She does her best to serve in everyway possible with a pleasant attitude. The dealership provided a driver to take me home since the work would take an overnight. They offered a rental for free but I have another car at home. When the car was finished my car was driven to my house washed and working properly. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Lund with satisfaction. More
I have bought 2 gently used cars from Matt and also recommended him to a friend who bought a new Cadillac from him . Since my 2 used cars were for export back to Canada they were knowledgeable as to wh recommended him to a friend who bought a new Cadillac from him . Since my 2 used cars were for export back to Canada they were knowledgeable as to what taxes I was required to pay and they issued me a temporary 90 day permit enabling me to drive the vehicles back to Canada. I would recommend Lund and Matt as my experiences were very positive. More
Our last three car purchases have all come from Lund Cadillac. They are all used cars and have been a Cadillac, Lexus, and Toyota and have been in price ranges from $5K to $45K. I can highly recommend the entire team at Lund and would especially recognize the services of Matt Samselski. Matt has made the used car "hunt" a very effective and fun exercise. Matt does a great job understanding my needs and matching the vehicle with those needs. If he has a car on the lot that meets my needs, he does a very effective job of showing and demonstrating the car to me. If he doesn't have a car on the lot that meets my needs, Matt is great at working the "back lot" and monitoring cars that have just arrived at the dealership that I might be interested in. Matt's extra efforts allow me to get "first dibs" on these cars and have resulted in sales for the dealership and Matt. When Matt contacts me about a car Lund has just taken in , that he thinks I might be interested in, I know he is not wasting my time. It will be a car thats in great shape, priced in my range, and be in the category of vehicle I am looking for. I have recommended Matt to many friends, neighbors, and business associates and all have been very pleased with his services. I've been a long time customer of Lund Cadillac (Steve Henley from Sales and Tony Grova from Service). Both bring a great deal of professionalism and compentency to their positions. I've never felt pressured to buy when in the dealership; and service needs have always been well-explained and promptly resolved. Experience is everything, even in the most mundane of matters. For example, this past week my radio suddenly quit working. I was near the dealership so I drove in to see Tony. He stroked his chin and "hmmmed" for a minute, departed, returned with a small wrench, disconnected a battery cable, "hmmmed" again, and reconnected the cable. Voila! and the car was filled with music. I appreciate the instant recognition when I drive in, the cleanliness of the service area, and the well-stocked customer-waiting area. More

worst car buying experience ever! I ordered a 2010 worst car buying experience ever! I ordered a 2010 escalade esv from larry appleby at lund cadillac. about an hour before i was to come in and pic worst car buying experience ever! I ordered a 2010 escalade esv from larry appleby at lund cadillac. about an hour before i was to come in and pick it up i received a call saying that he ordered the short version and not the long version that i wanted. so instead of that i bought a 2011 escalade esv the escalade registration and sales tax was handled illegaly. i received the escalade in the state of arizona and instead of paying arizona state sales tax and registering the vehicle in washington state as i wanted, they paid sales tax and registration in washington state, which is illegal in arizona. i took in my audi r8 to have larry install a radar detector and ipod connection in it. i was supposed to get the car back teh next day, but it wasn't ready. 2 days later i was told by larry that the radar detector was installed but not the ipod connection because he ordered the wrong part. i went to the dealer on march 16 to pick up the r8 and larry lost the key to it. someone else that was in the dealer that day had picked up the key and walked away with it. so my $100k car was sitting in their lot with someone who had the key to it i received a call on march 17 that they got my key back so i went to the dealer to pick up my car. i complained to vern, the general manager, about my experience there and that to that point they had done everything wrong. after i got the car home the install of the radar detector wasn't even done correctly. now i need to take it someplace else and pay to have it fixed. one week prior to this i had put some money down on a customization project and no longer trust larry or lund cadillac to complete it so i asked for my money back. i have not been contacted about it since. lund cadillac still owes me $21k More
