The staff at Lund Cadillac look very professional and conduct themselves as such. My 2005 Cadillac broke on a late friday afternoon. I called them to tell them my car was coming. I have now purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Lund in the past 5 years and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone from both a sales point and a service point. Tom Williams has been excellent to dea the past 5 years and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone from both a sales point and a service point. Tom Williams has been excellent to deal with on 3 vehicles and Esther Jordan in service has made life quite easy if we ever have a service issue. We have also dealt with Rob in service on our SAAB and he is equally excellent to work with. I have not had a single complaint with Lund. Thank. you. More

I've been a Lund Cadillac customer for a dozen years, perhaps longer, and during that time I've never had a bad experience with either purchasing (Steve Henley: friendly with never any pressure) or in ha perhaps longer, and during that time I've never had a bad experience with either purchasing (Steve Henley: friendly with never any pressure) or in having service performed (Tony Grova: extremely knowledgeable) on my automobile. In fact, there have been occasions in which I expected to have to leave my vehicle for service, only to have Tony correct the problem in the drive-in area and have me back on my way without cost or time wasted. I have used Lund Cadillac to service my vehicle since moving to Phoenix over a year ago. I have found that the service staff, particularly Tony Grova, have exceeded my expectations in terms of warranty repairs and assisting with questions, often quite technical (I am a car geek), about my vehicle. For example, I updated my car with the latest navigation software purchased from gmnavdisc.com. Unfortunately, the update had some bugs and when I called the supplier, they recommended I visit the dealer to get them fixed, as the problem was documented and could only be taken care of through service. Tony was not only helpful, but made sure my car had the latest updates and reprogrammed the vehicle to get the system working again. Overall, my best Cadillac dealership experience in the three cities I have lived in. More
Lund Cadillac has a very large selection of new and low mileage used cars. Unlike most dealerships, I was able to find the car we wanted and test drive it without sales pressure. John Hartley, our salesman, was superb from the moment of our introductions through getting our vehicle serviced. We enjoyed purchasing our car and interacting with the staff at Lund Cadillac from the receptionist to the General Sales Manager, to the Finance Manager. Every step, people had a very nice sense of humor and were very respectful. Our transaction was completely transparent and people were willing to deal to sell their car without any drama. After we purchased the car, the battery went dead the next day. John had the battery replaced and arranged to have a loaner car for us to use so as to not inconvenience us further. They topped this off by delivering our car and picking theirs up at our home later the same day! Service, honesty, follow-up. A customer does not see that from most car lots. More
Tom was new on the job as a Cadillac salesman, and I probably knew more about the car then he did. But if I asked him a question and he didn't know the answer, he didn't just brush it off. His attitude toward my wife and I, was that of the utmost respect. He was the epitome of politeness. The second time we were at the dealer (one week later) he was sure to let me know he studied all the functions of the car and spent the time to show me how to use the all. He may be a new salesman, but he is definitely an asset to your organization. He is young and consientious and diligent and I would hire him in a minute. respectfully, Roy Vachon More

Great experience! I am from Canada and came down to bring a vehicle home. We reside in Palm Springs when we are down south and had to go all the way to Phoenix to find a great dealership. Last summer I visited this dealer because another dealer had told me that I needed $1000 of service done to my car after just having an intermediate (30K) service done. I thought this was preposterous and m had told me that I needed $1000 of service done to my car after just having an intermediate (30K) service done. I thought this was preposterous and made an appointment with Tony Grova at Lund. He told me that that only certain things needed to be done based on my driving habits and the service ended up being near half what they had quoted me on. The fact that he suggested what I needed, not what I "should" do convinced me that this was a reputable dealer for servicing my Saab 9-3. I have been a service customer there ever since and even recently I was surprised at how little the cost was of having my 40K service done. Even though this dealerships is around 30 minutes away, it is worth the drive every time. I also appreciate the free refreshments in the waiting room and free wi-fi. More
