This was the second time I had my car in for the same problem and having my car back now for a few days, the same problem has come back. The repair person claims that they reprogrammed the seat. I called Rob Cox, my service advisor and told him that the same problem has returned and he said I should bring the car back in. I told him that I was going out of town for about a week and since the problem does not cause any safety issues as of now that I would call him when I got back. He said that would be fine. More

I had been looking for an older model red Mustang convertible to purchase. On checking Lund Cadillac web sight, I came across a 2007red Mustang convertible with low mileage. The photos of the vehic convertible to purchase. On checking Lund Cadillac web sight, I came across a 2007red Mustang convertible with low mileage. I contacted Tom, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I purchased a used 2006 Jeep Unlimited from this dealership and John Hartley and could not be happier. What a great experience! First, I bought the Jeep sight unseen, yes, on-line! Lund had taken dealership and John Hartley and could not be happier. What a great experience! First, I bought the Jeep sight unseen, yes, on-line! Lund had taken close to 30 pictures of the Jeep and they were accurate. John and I spoke a few times, he took my deposit and I worked out the financing on my end in San Diego. Here's the "beyond the call of duty" part; when my bank began backpedaling on the loan, John and Lund were able to finance me for the vehicle so I could get it to California and have the DMV verify the VIN! My bank eventualy refinanced the vehicle for me, but John and Lund made the deal happen. Wnat more? The Jeep is 5-years old and has 8200 miles on it! We think it sat for some time and this is not good for a battery which was DOA. The morning after I got the Jeep, I went to AutoZone and put the best battery I cound find in it. I figured that would be the end of it. Nope - I mentioned this to John and the next thing you know - I've got a check from Lund for $107! What can I say? I only wish my experiences with car dealers whose lots I've stood on where a fraction of how good Lund treated me. I know why the auto industry is in trouble, but if the rest of the dealerships in this country treated their customers like John Hartley and Lund, those problems would dissapear. Highly recommended, in person or on-line - simply the best. My Jeep rocks too... More
