This visit to Lund was for routine service and I asked them to check the coolent because of a info message that appeared on the dash. They found a leaking gasket. This was the second time I brought my vehicle to Lund. The first time was for some warranty work and that was completed with no hassles and done right the first time. I was amazed at the quality of work they did to repair a scratch in my leather seats - It look like new! The battery in my 2004 CTS was beginning to falter as I left one business I had shopped at and after stopping at one more business(Pharmacy) the start turned just enough to re-start the engine. I drove directly to Lund Cadillacs service area(with no appointment)and asked Mike Tennant to replace the battery and check for possible reasons for the batteery failure. The battery was replaced and, since it was still under warranty, prorated the price, washed the car and I was ready to resume my errands. I have purchsed over 10 brand new vehicles in my lifetime, by far Lund Cadillac is the best dealership I have had to deal with from purchase to service. The sales staff including the sales manager w lifetime, by far Lund Cadillac is the best dealership I have had to deal with from purchase to service. The sales staff including the sales manager were friendly and polite. They were eager to answered all of your questions without being pushy or overbearing. I am a hard negotiator and they still tried to meet all my needs. They were more interested in being friendly rather than making a sale. It was a refreshing change. Just like the sales staff the service department went out of their way to make you pleased. Including expediting you car rental. They answered all your questions without being technical and took the time to listen to you. Out of five stars, I rate LUND Cadillac FIVE Stars! More
