I am the owner of a 2005 cts-v and took it in to have the transmission repaired and also have them install a brand new stage 3 flywheel pressure plate and clutch from monster clutch, when I went in to pick m transmission repaired and also have them install a brand new stage 3 flywheel pressure plate and clutch from monster clutch, when I went in to pick my cts-v up I was told by Steven Ansingh that there was a bad vibration in the car and there was, Steven Ansingh said it was to do with the brand new clutch that they installed and since it was aftermarket that there was nothing he could do, I called Monster and they said take it out and ship it back and if it was out of balance that they would pay for all of the work to have it taken out shipping and to get it put back in, when I called Steven Ansingh back and told him this I then asked if it gets taken out and shipped and they find nothing wrong it who then would be paying for this work and he did nothing to reashure me that if nothing was wrong with the clutch that they would take care of the labor portion of this problem.. so with that being said I have not returned to lund cadillac for any further repairs because they wont stand by their work, if I cant get piece of mind knowing that the dealer wont stand behind their work why would I go back.... I made the appointment for service on line and Todd called me to confirm the date and time. He was very friendly and polite. He got my car in as soon as I arrived, and I waited less than an hour and called me to confirm the date and time. He was very friendly and polite. He got my car in as soon as I arrived, and I waited less than an hour and a half for it to get done. My car was clean and washed. I am very happy with the service at Lund Cadillac. More
Tony Grova has been my service advisor for the past 6 years and I wouldn't trade him for love or money. Tony has taken care of my last 4 Cadillacs and I couldn't ask for anyone better. TOny always listens to what I have to say and never takes the position that he knows more about my vehicles than I do. He is extremely helpful and takes the time to keep me informed of the progress of my repair or service appointment. I find all the employees at Lund to be of exceptional quality and my experiences at Lund have far exceeded my initial expectations. I would strongly recommend Lund to anyone. More
I TOOK THE CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MY SERVICE ADVISOR ( DUSTIN WHITE) WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE WALKED AROUND THE CAR AND FOUND A CRACKED LAMP LENS WHICH WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. Customer service was very pleasant to deal with and informative as to how things would be repaired. Vincent worked with me to arrange for a convenient time for the pick up of my SRX. This visit to Lund was for routine service and I asked them to check the coolent because of a info message that appeared on the dash. They found a leaking gasket. The repair and service was completed in them to check the coolent because of a info message that appeared on the dash. They found a leaking gasket.
