Well I have never went to a dealership and been lied to like I was there ,, they tried to steal my trade ,, they said it had been wrecked hard even after the car fax was clean ,,they said the paint was way like I was there ,, they tried to steal my trade ,, they said it had been wrecked hard even after the car fax was clean ,,they said the paint was way thin in spots ,, I took it to the BMW dealer the paint was perfect ,,it has never been wrecked ,, the BMW dealer said if it had been wrecked the AIR bags would have went off and they can track them and they said they have never been deployed ,, but just a NOT a great place to by a car ,, the owner John Lund is a great guy ,, very nice ,,he just needs to train his people to have the same thought process an way to treat people that he has ,, he is a nice guy ,, Would not send anyone to this place to buy a car and will tell everyone I know what a bad deal it was . It's apparent that Mr. Lund takes great pride is his business by allowing only the best & top quality personnel to represent his Dealership on the front lines. More
Stay far and far away from this dealership. They did body work on my 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT truck. This is my baby. I read the reviews on this dealership but failed to read the one terrible review on Mike and work being done. If you want your vehicle to be butchered up then take it to LUND CADIllAc so they can send it to Ernies Body Shop the WORST Body SHOP in Phoenix, AZ as far as I am concerned. Not one phone call from the GM or OPS manager to try and come up with a solution. They tried to repair two times and still couldn't get it correct. They then offered to try and fix a third time. I said ummmm.... NO THANKS!!! I know 3 times is a charm but in this case I think I will take it to a Nationwide Lifetime warranty repair shop. AGAIN I REPEAT DO NOT Take your vehicle here for service work and especially BODY WORK. Thanks to them I know have a vehicle that will be close to $10,000 less in value when we trade it in or sell it. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY your CAR here and Especially DO NOT REPAIR YOUR CAR HERE PERIOD!!!! I do not mind paying a shop the most for repairing my vehicle, but with that cost I expect them to stand by their work. If the same part fails less than two years later, I do not expect to be the one to have to point it out by carefully picking through the paper work. I expect the service advisor to do so. Following this I would expect a sincere apology, a loan of a vehicle and the repair to be done without cost to myself. Unfortunately none of this happened. I was told in no uncertain terms this is my problem, and they can not be expected to provide any type of guarantee for their work for anywhere near this amount of time. Our local tier shop provides us two year written guarantee for a reasonable price, and I have had now trouble with them for the 6 -7 years they have been working on our vehicles, so it was my mistake to interpret “expert” as better work, not just higher cost. I will not make the same mistake instead. More
I purchasa a 2008 DTS in 9/11 and I stay in Inglewood Ca Bob K made this transaction easy as can be. They went all out and I was never under pressure. We have a 2006 DTS with an extended warranty and very low mileage. Our tires were replaced, the air bag serviced and a leak in the oil pan repaired at no cost to us. A rental car was also provided. The above named service managers were very courteous and professional. We missed the waiting area visits by Mr. Lund. He would always ask if our problems were being handled.
