BETRAYED BY ARROWHEAD CADILLAC! Purchased a 2013 SRX with 17,000 miles in May, 2014 for a car that "just came in." Looked good and seemed to run well. Sales experience was mostly Purchased a 2013 SRX with 17,000 miles in May, 2014 for a car that "just came in." Looked good and seemed to run well. Sales experience was mostly positive, although I was never informed that this was a rental car nor that a CARFAX report was available. Anyhow, problems began within two weeks: a severe OIL LEAK that soaked my garage floor; three weeks later, a DEAD BATTERY that left my wife and I stranded for an hour in blistering heat; next, rough idle and near stalling which required the REPLACEMENT of the CAM SOLENOID. The car is a a lemon and totally unreliable. I have asked for an exchange or replacement. A phone call to my salesman, an e-mail and follow up hard copy to Ken Welsh, the Sales Manager have resulted in the following statement from Mr. Welsh, "THIS IS A CADILLAC ISSUE, NOT A DEALER ISSUE...HOPE YOU ENJOY THE CAR." A dealership is only as good as their interest in resolving a problem. Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager. Buyer beware! ARROWHEAD CADILLAC IS NOT A RELIABLE DEALERSHIP! I feel BETRAYED. Buy elsewhere. More

Repair a twisted seat belt We were very pleased with the service we received from Todd Coffer. We thought it was a small problem and he took care of it immediately, i.e. within We were very pleased with the service we received from Todd Coffer. We thought it was a small problem and he took care of it immediately, i.e. within an hour. He also provided shuttle service to the Arrowhead Mall so we could utilize our time efficiently. He took care of the warranty issue and added an oil change and tire rotation that was needed. What a nice touch. We will be happy to return to Arrowhead Cadillac in the future for service and sales.
