The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife took her 2019 BMW X2 in for service, she left with a cracked windshield! Took up the issue with the GM Brandon Bingham and he is claiming “you a wife took her 2019 BMW X2 in for service, she left with a cracked windshield! Took up the issue with the GM Brandon Bingham and he is claiming “you are a customer trying to get one over on us.” And has banned my wife and myself from the dealership! I don’t care about the cost to replace the windshield at this point as I have already had it replaced. I just cannot standby and let a GM treat customers with such a level of disrespect. I have bought 3 BMWs in the past three years and can say with confidence the X2 will be my last. More

Clean service department, but they don’t follow a face mask policy. On three different visits about half the service department employees were not wearing masks. Horrible customer service Where do I begin, had a loaner with this BMW dealership, upon returned asked the lot attendant if everything was good before I left and he said yes, I Where do I begin, had a loaner with this BMW dealership, upon returned asked the lot attendant if everything was good before I left and he said yes, I left and then I’m being contact by the service Felix that there is a chip In the windshield either I can pay $65 get it fixed or go through my personal insurance, not knowing that I had glass deductible of $500. Then I called and told Felix that go ahead and fixed the chip I will pay the $65. Then he informs me saying oh it’s a crack now not a chip. They keep changing their words from chip to crack. Spoke to the service director name Daren. Nothing happened, I know how rental car or loaner car works, once the customer leaves the lot and was not informed anything it shouldn’t be customers responsibility afterwards. I highly suggest Arrowhead BMW to educate their staff on how things are done. That was the last time I will go to Arrowhead BMW. I will return back to Camelback BMW at least they’re honest and get to you and pay attention to you while your still in their Lot. Once again Educate your employees on things that needs to be done. Otherwise you’ll lose more valued customers. More
