I brought my truck in because after my last service the etorque stopped working. The manager showed me that if the airconditioner template setting is too low the etorque system is disabled. I saw the setti etorque stopped working. The manager showed me that if the airconditioner template setting is too low the etorque system is disabled. I saw the setting was at 65 degrees, I always have it set on 72 degrees. The service tech must have lowered it. Also when I got home I looked at the service ticket and it said my truck was washed. It was not washed. It was my lack of knowledge about the truck and the service tech lowering the template that made me bring it in. And I wish it was washed. More

Cost to replace on a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 77,000 miles, is $5,800. I only had them do an oil change and tire rotation. They charged me an additional $260 for the diagnosis which is a total rip-off. They stick a code reader in a port and say, "that's your problem." After I picked up a vehicle, the light went out. I took to another mechanic who said, "It is not an issue with the converter, just one sensor." I will not be back. More
