Very disappointed with my recent purchase of my 2021 Jeep Overland and what you signed off on for the Certified Pre-owned. I'm not at 3000k miles from my purchase two months ago and had to replace the front Overland and what you signed off on for the Certified Pre-owned. I'm not at 3000k miles from my purchase two months ago and had to replace the front rotors and brakes. It should have been covered with the Certifed Pre-Owned as it was missed, Arrigo guarantee, or by proper customer service. Did not address the issues Im having with my truck raidio and gps thats covered under warranty and told me they couldnt find a code and couldnt fix it, was lied too about the amount of free oil changes I got and gps thats covered under warranty and told me they couldnt find a code and couldnt fix it, was lied too about the amount of free oil changes I got with the arrigo advantage plan that I was told was mandatory $3000 to purchase to later find out it was optional, there were no codes for the transmission/ throttle problems im having so nothing could be done about that, i was the second person there in line for an oil change and scan to see what was wrong with gps, amd was there for over 3 hours. This was my second oil change and on both reciepts they said they completed complimentary cleaning of my truck and it never got done both times, my best friend who also has the same truck was there with mw the first person in line in front of me for his oil change and his truck was cleaned and he was in and out in less then 1 hour, and i had greasy/oily hand prints left on my fender and hood. Never recieved a call back from Joshua within 48-72 business hours like i was informed after filing a STAR Claim with the ram engineers. I Could keep on going. The only postive thing i can say was Josh was very polite. Ive never had these issues with any other dealer, Im to the point where I want to trade the truck in anywhere but arrigo. Ive been decieved and lied to by my salesman and sales manager, and my truck is barely a year old with 12,000 miles and having alot of little issues and 1 big one that shouldnt be happening to a brand new truck and not able to be warranty when they are warrantied items.
