My vehicle was there a week. I was not informed of delays or that the wait time would be extended. Brought in on a Friday. They were quick and on time. They were supposed to rotate tires, but claimed they couldn’t fine the key. I told them the key was either in the center console or glove box. So, no tire rotation. I got home, the key WAS IN THE GLOVE BOX. They did the same thing to my husband. Guess they don’t want to change big tires. I will go back to my regular small mechanic.
