Went in for an oil change and ended up having to have my driver's side door replaced - THEY KNOCKED IT OFF THE VEHICLE!?!?!? Arrigo Dodge is HORRIFIC in EVERY WAY! WOMEN SHOULD AVOID ARRIGO! In fact, driver's side door replaced - THEY KNOCKED IT OFF THE VEHICLE!?!?!? Arrigo Dodge is HORRIFIC in EVERY WAY! WOMEN SHOULD AVOID ARRIGO! In fact, I will drive ANYWHERE to buy from ANYONE other than Arrigo. In 2015 I bought a new Jeep Wrangler Unlmtd. and five years later it only has 26k miles on it. It has been serviced and taken care of meticulously... In the beginning of August 2020, I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to have the fluids checked. About 4 hours later, I was told that rather than the $180 I was originally quoted, it would cost $680 due to a "sensor light indicating no ABS brakes and a need for new rear brakes" (neither was true). When I arrived at the dealership with my husband, we were shown to the service bays where we were shown that my driver's side door had been demolished and we were asked for our insurance information. My husband refused to provide the information and he demanded that all of the work "required" be provided at no charge. We were given a rental car and told that my Jeep would be ready on Friday but Arrigo would be in touch. The following Monday, we had heard NOTHING from Arrigo (7 days later) then Wednesday when we arrived to pick up the Jeep we were lied to again and told that the door was new (as we demanded), it was not! The Service Department is deplorable. The Sales people NEVER come out of the A/C - this dealership is an abomination! More
Absolutely ruined my Jeep they forgot to put the oil filter gasket on. Oil leaked all over the entire way home. Back sprayed all over my soft top rear window. Distorted the plastic. Service at Arrigo in Fort Pierce could kill you! I trusted this Fort Pierce dealership and I was sadly disappointed! I went to their night quick oil change facility. I asked for a simple oil c I trusted this Fort Pierce dealership and I was sadly disappointed! I went to their night quick oil change facility. I asked for a simple oil change and tire rotation, should be pretty easy. Well I have custom wheels and tires on my jeep, which is brand new and even purchased from their dealership. The guy who worked on my jeep forgot to tighten all the lug nuts!!! I had them fall off. The ones that he did remember to attach on the back tires where over tighted by 3 times the recommend torque. Plastic caps on the wheels where put on by an impact wrench. Lug nuts were stripped and locking lug inserts were stripped. When you go after 5PM, you get the worst guys possible working on your vehicle. My advice, DO NOT go there after dark, you will be sorry!? More

In other words, a loyal repeat customer This time however, I am extremely upset with their service department. 5 weeks ago I took in my truck for a minor repair. The service manager advised to flush the brake system and replace the brakes. I had them do that. It took them 2 weeks to get to it. When my wife picked it up, she drove it for 5-6 miles, and clouds of smoke erupted from the rear brakes. It was so bad, the truck had to be towed in. 2 weeks after the incident, I was told the rear calipers were stuck. Note that this problem did not exist prior to me taking the truck in. I told them to go ahead and replace the calipers. Its now a week later (total of 5 weeks since dropping the truck off) and the work still has not been done. The service advisor certainly does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling as to when this work will be completed either. Lots of excuses. He did say a week ago that the parts were in stock. In the years I have been dealing with Arrigo, I have never come across such lousy service. Maybe time to change dealers grrrrrrrrrrrrrr More

It’s Saturday and I won’t have means of transportation until, I have no idea. They could have at least given me the courtesy of a loner car until Arrigo Dealership service department fixed the problem once and for all. Now I may not be able to get to work. Which means lost wages that this dealship in my opinion should compensate me for. More

I have been at Arrigo Dodge Fort Pierce over 1 hour and still have not seen one car go in for service however there are 7 empty Bays. Maybe they need more mechanics. More

I had a scheduled appointment at 0930, At 12:30 my car is still up on lift, no one under it or working on it and when asked for a time frame I am told they do not have one. This is 3 hours for a simple oil change and sensor check. To add to the dilemma we involve management and the car is given to us immediately, while we are driving home the lights and sensors go off for flat tire. The care is taken to Total Tire to find the tires were rotated and sensors not reset with tire pressures at 25 on three tires and 23 on the third. The car is under warranty and I bought a service plan so I can not take it to a responsible service company at this point. I will be looking for another service team and possibly another car if this is what is expected from Dodge. More
