Service Department lack of Service manners I have used this dealer several times since I purchased a Chrysler Vehicle. However every single time the service has been worse and worse. The last time I entered the service department and not only the serviceman was giving he's back to me, but kept me standing there for about 10 minutes without saying "hi" or "I will be with you in a minute. He just finished the "proposal" or something and then turn around and talk to me with such an attitude that I was ready to punch him in the nose! Guys you are making money for every job you sell, so treat customers with respect or get out of the service department. Of the the like 10 times I went there, NONE , read carefully NONE they have my warranty on file, They have to search for it and that's because I fought for it otherwise they will have charge me an arm and a leg! Which is worse many times they try to force me to pay without considering my warranty. Many times they forgot to do RECALL to my car while they have it on the shop. So overall , CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST! By the way, 1 start its even too much, They should have an option to have MINUS STARS! More

Bad service! I consider myself a very knowledgable Jeep enthusiast, I have researched the ins and outs of my vehicle (2013 Wrangler Rubicon) for well over a year I consider myself a very knowledgable Jeep enthusiast, I have researched the ins and outs of my vehicle (2013 Wrangler Rubicon) for well over a year before I bought it, so I was familiar with all of it's ups and downs. I just moved to FL a month ago and had the mishap of having my rear tailgate stopper breaking. I did some research and found out that this was a very common issue and that it should easily be replaced under warranty, after Arrigo looked at it they declined a simple warranty issue of replacing a metal (hinge) door stopper claiming that it wasn't able to be replaced because it broke because of "excessive movement". After examine the issue to my service tech he grabbed the service manger who then told me he had been dealing with Jeeps for 20+ years and that he has never seen this issue, he was very rude and condesending. He swore up and down that no one would every warranty it and that I was out if luck. After I did some more research I decided to check out Vero Beach jeep, they were amazing! One of the best customer service departments I had ever dealt with. After having them look at it they stated "this is a known issue", we will have this fixed for you in no time and at no cost. I dealt with Debbie and she was great!!! I know some people don't always look at this reviews, but if people who do could spread the word about how awful my experience was with Arrigo I hope no one else will ever have to deal with this service again. More
