The dealership took two days to take care of an oil change and tires rotation and a simple check of a headlight. They advised they were busy and had 24 to 48 his to get to my vehicle. We were told no appointments for oil changes. Supposedly they are only done on a walk in basis. That is very inconvenient! Especially since we paid of a maintenance package. We were told the vehicle would be looked at & diagnosed if we left it there the day of the oil change & at the end of the day just before closing we were called & told they didn't get to look at it & we'd have to bring it back & possibly leave it overnight some other time. We are extremely unsatisfied with how everything was handled. More

No one gave him the time of day and when he asked a question it was like they were annoyed. Next day we go for our scheduled appointment and again!!! Instead of being taken to a desk to discuss business we had to sit in the middle of the show room while they try tried to discuss business on the open floor with other customers there while a white couple sat at our salesman's desk!!! Again we had a 12:30pm appointment!!! FYI, glad we didn't stay, the Jeep they have there had a chip in the paint on the door, battery was dead, and it had an awful sound on a new vehicle!!! Thanks for your horrible service! I went to WALLACE in Stuart where I was treated with respect, was offered coffee, water, even food!!!! Was given wonderful service and I drove out with a beautiful 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit!!!! YOUR LOSS ARRIGO, DO BETTER! Thank you Jim and Tony at Wallace! More
