Dear Mr. Corman, I wanted to take a moment Dear Mr. Corman, I wanted to take a moment to let you know about a positive experience I had in servicing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Dear Mr. Corman, I wanted to take a moment to let you know about a positive experience I had in servicing my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on Thursday, September 9, 2010. Usually I hate to come to Arrigo to have our latest Jeep serviced. I always made my husband do it because I knew it was never simple and I'd get stuck there for hours. My husband was recently made a K9 unit for the Florida Highway Patrol and is in Tallahassee training, so I had to come in for an oil change. I had been putting it off, but on that morning the battery died too. So I got a jump and brought it straight to Arrigo. There I met the most polite, concerned and wonderful service guy I have met there. His name is Joshua Bourget. He mentioned three things that needed to be done as far as routine maintenance were concerned. They would be 189.00 each. Then he asked if I wanted to do any of them while I was there for the oil change and the battery. I am sure that the blank expression on my face was funny, but he just stood there patiently while I called my husband, and even took the phone and explained to my husband what needed to be done! In the past the service men would speak to me slowly and in a patronizing tone, rolling their eyes if I called my husband. Then I asked how long my service would take. He told me about an hour and twenty minutes. I asked if I cold be out of there by 3:00, so I could get my daughter to gymnastics. He smiled and said he wasn't sure but he would do the bes t he could he even said he would go offer his assistance to the mechanic if nee d be! He came in to check on me in the service lounge about every fifteen minutes and gave me updates. He asked if he could get me anything (I have a broken and loosened coccyx and am walking with a cane). Then came the miracle! At ten minutes to three, he came in and told me that he and my mechanic Efrain Solano had finished in just under an hour! They managed not only to do an oil change, rear differential thing, diagnostic on the battery, something with the air filter, they also gave me the BEST experience I have EVER had in the Arrigo service department! Both of them should be commended for excellent service, speed, courtesy and kindness. I will be sure to bring the Jeep back there again soon . . .I'll probably call ahead to make sure that Joshua and Efrain will handle my service! GREAT, EXTRAORDINARY service and communications from Roger Bellardo, Collision Manager, and his associates over at the body shop at Arrigo Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep - West Palm Beach. Recently I was involve Roger Bellardo, Collision Manager, and his associates over at the body shop at Arrigo Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep - West Palm Beach. Recently I was involved in an accident that smashed up my 2004 Nissan Xterra. I was referred to Arrigo's body shop from my insurer, Travelers. From the moment they received my truck (on the flatbed) to the moment I picked it up (looking like the day I bought it), I was always kept abreast of progress and anticipated completeion date. Everybody I spoke to at the shop was cordial, friendly and informed. The quality of work was fantastic. I could not be happier with the total experience. Who would of thought to take a Nissan Xterra to a DCJ dealership for body work! Hopefully you (the reader) will never need the services of this facility, but if you do, this is a first class shop, with first class people. More

Today with the way customer service is with most companies it's a nightmare to do business with them. I'm a small business owner here in palm beach and I provide the best service I can to my customers and I take pride in my service and reputation. It was a pleasure doing business with Arrigo Dodge in WPB and I will be back. I will recommend anyone who asks me where should they go for a Dodge. CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! Arrigo DCJ completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car, a 2002 PT Cruiser. As a result, CAUTION: Stay Away from Arrigo Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep! Arrigo DCJ completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car, a 2002 PT Cruiser. As a result, a repair that should have cost about $350 ended up costing me upwards of $1000 -- possibly much more, actually. Specifically, I took my car in to get an ignition problem fixed: Sometimes the car would start; other times it wouldn't. Arrigo replaced the battery and the starter. However, over the next 6 months, I had to take my car in five (yes, FIVE) times as the ignition problem recurred over and over. As it turned out, on the final visit (in early January 2007), Arrigo determined the ignition problem was due to a faulty ignition cable. This means that, several months earlier when Arrigo replaced my battery and starter there was NOTHING AT ALL wrong with my original battery and starter. In other words, they replaced a good battery and starter with... a good battery and starter -- and charged me hundreds to do so. So, of course, I wanted a refund for the cost replacing my original battery and starter as those two items never should have been replaced in the first place. That's only fair, right? Well... despite contacting the director of Arrigo's Service Department (Mr. Corman) by certified mail and by e-mail over a three month period, I didn't hear so much as a peep back from him or from anyone else at Arrigo for that matter. I definitely got the impression that Arrigo DCG had no intention of refunding me for parts (and labor) that never should have been replaced. That's what Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep -- once an honorable company in my eyes -- has become. And that's a darned shame as Jim Arrigo -- the company owner -- is one of the most respected businessmen here in South Florida. Yet, it seems that Mr. Arrigo really doesn't know how customer complaints are being handled by his own staff. I'm sure if he knew, he'd be very disappointed. So, if you have a problem with your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, STAY AWAY from Arrigo DCJ and take your business to another Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealership. From what I can make of it, Arrigo DCJ just no longer cares about customers who they have treated unfairly. At least that's my opinion about it all. P. S. As of this writing, Arrigo DCJ *still* has not responded to my communiques to them. I have never seen a worse case of "customer service" in my life. Ever. More
