I received a recall letter in the mail stating my car had to have a part changed at no cost to me. I called for an appointment and gave them the recall number and the girl said I could wait for the car. Wh to have a part changed at no cost to me. When I got there no one greeted me and I waited by my car for 5 -10 minutes until I found a errand boy and asked him if someone wouold help me... After meetig with the service guy, I was told it would take a few hours and I should go home. So I waited 30 minutes for the van, and they took me home. Three hours later, I get a call at home telling me they did not have the part in stock and would have to arrange for another appointment in 5-7 days... One hand does not know what the other is doing... while I was there the waiting room was very crowded and everyone was complaining about the time and service they were receiving that day... More
Bought a Jeep Patriot from this dealership September 2010. From then on everything went downhill. Went in for oil change service staff very rude went back again for an oil change and to have tires inf 2010. From then on everything went downhill. Went in for oil change service staff very rude went back again for an oil change and to have tires inflated, and screws that were holding car together kept vibrating out, again horrible customer service. Recently had questions about roadside assistance nitro contract was offered zero help, the operator Jen did not listen to me for anything all I wanted was the number for the towing she ket putting me through to the service department. She put me throught to someone that did not know anything about the contract they sign you up with when you buy the car as he was not there when they offered this service he was going to put me on with someone that did but hung up on me, when I called me back Jennifer put me on hold for 5 minutes, put me through to voicemail and then when the call transferred back to her she hung up. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership. They do not listen, they do not follow up. The people that worked on my car drank and ate while in it and apparently spilled soda in it and never cleaned it up. I don't even eat or drink in my car. I will not go back to these people nor will I recommend them to anyone!!! EVER! Thankfully I have a personal mechanic that I have used for years and he actually used to work for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and this same dealship offered him the service manager position not long ago. Thankfully he did not take it. I will pay anything from now on even if it is something under warranty I do not care whatsoever as I will NEVER go back to Arrigo. And do not bother writing to the owners as they do not respond back. More
Since 2005 I have visited the body shop at Arrigo West Palm Beach 3 or 4 times. The staff are always professional. My last visit, Jan 25, 2011 was especially memorable as the repair to my vehicle was comp Palm Beach 3 or 4 times. The staff are always professional. My last visit, Jan 25, 2011 was especially memorable as the repair to my vehicle was completed in one day and when I was in the office dropping off and picking up everyone was respective of my time. They are always friendly and professional. When it is time to purchase my next vehicle it will be at Arrigo because of the service after the sale. Thank you. More
We arrived very late to pick up our vehicle and forgot to call to let them know we would be late. When we arrived, service was closed. Salesroom staff called service, and finally reached Brian who had left call to let them know we would be late. When we arrived, service was closed. Again, we will be the first to complain about an issue, but also the first to compliment!!! More

I bought my first Chrysler, a PT Cruiser in 2009. Great vehicle! I have had the oil changes and basic services like tune up, tire rotations, and fuel injector service completed at Arrigo. I have owned luxury cars in the past and have had great experiences with service at Infiniti and Mercedes dealers. Arrigo is equal to or better than most high end vehicle service centers! The staff is really well trained, friendly, you are always greeted with a warm smile, and the vehicle is serviced in less than two hours- even on a Saturday! At the price promised! The entire team, and service staff are truly dedicated to quality customer service which is a major accomplishment. Arrigo has to be proud of their service team. I am! More

Usually I hate to come to Arrigo to have our latest Jeep serviced. I always made my husband do it because I knew it was never simple and I'd get stuck there for hours. My husband was recently made a K9 unit for the Florida Highway Patrol and is in Tallahassee training, so I had to come in for an oil change. I had been putting it off, but on that morning the battery died too. So I got a jump and brought it straight to Arrigo. There I met the most polite, concerned and wonderful service guy I have met there. His name is Joshua Bourget. He mentioned three things that needed to be done as far as routine maintenance were concerned. They would be 189.00 each. Then he asked if I wanted to do any of them while I was there for the oil change and the battery. I am sure that the blank expression on my face was funny, but he just stood there patiently while I called my husband, and even took the phone and explained to my husband what needed to be done! In the past the service men would speak to me slowly and in a patronizing tone, rolling their eyes if I called my husband. Then I asked how long my service would take. He told me about an hour and twenty minutes. I asked if I cold be out of there by 3:00, so I could get my daughter to gymnastics. He smiled and said he wasn't sure but he would do the bes t he could he even said he would go offer his assistance to the mechanic if nee d be! He came in to check on me in the service lounge about every fifteen minutes and gave me updates. He asked if he could get me anything (I have a broken and loosened coccyx and am walking with a cane). Then came the miracle! At ten minutes to three, he came in and told me that he and my mechanic Efrain Solano had finished in just under an hour! They managed not only to do an oil change, rear differential thing, diagnostic on the battery, something with the air filter, they also gave me the BEST experience I have EVER had in the Arrigo service department! Both of them should be commended for excellent service, speed, courtesy and kindness. I will be sure to bring the Jeep back there again soon . . .I'll probably call ahead to make sure that Joshua and Efrain will handle my service! Recently I was involve Roger Bellardo, Collision Manager, and his associates over at the body shop at Arrigo Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep - West Palm Beach. Recently I was involved in an accident that smashed up my 2004 Nissan Xterra. I was referred to Arrigo's body shop from my insurer, Travelers. From the moment they received my truck (on the flatbed) to the moment I picked it up (looking like the day I bought it), I was always kept abreast of progress and anticipated completeion date. Everybody I spoke to at the shop was cordial, friendly and informed. The quality of work was fantastic. I could not be happier with the total experience. Who would of thought to take a Nissan Xterra to a DCJ dealership for body work! Hopefully you (the reader) will never need the services of this facility, but if you do, this is a first class shop, with first class people. More
