Just to summarize it's Difficult to talk to a manager who cares about a customers complaint or who wants to help a customer. The manager who spoke to us was rude, ignored us, and didn't care about our service. I Spent all day arguing with them about a car price that they keep changing. In the end I bought my car, but I told them that this was an all-of-sudden decision so I don't have a down payment. They told me they will hold a check for 2 weeks, which was perfect..... 2 days later I'm negative in my bank account. They process the check... And I called them, the manager said it was my fault for not telling the accounting lady!?! They offer my 2 week hold and I'm suppose to be the one to tell her? He was next to me the whole time. Then he told me the check didn't go through and that I have to bring another one tomorrow. I called my bank, they told me the check did go through, obviously it did if I'm negative in my account too. They don't want to return my money. I'm very disappointed in this dealer. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. I won't be buying from here again. More
The worst dealership When you buy a car, you also buy into their servicing department. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. They don't When you buy a car, you also buy into their servicing department. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life. They don't answer the phone. When they do, after many many rings, they rush you off the phone. I had an issue with my 1yr old Fiat and it came in on a tow truck. They received it about 3pm on Saturday. When I got the call from the Fiat service rep she said there were 7 cars that came in that morning in front of mine. REALLY?? Mine came in first. Then she told me she would call me in the afternoon to let me know what the problem was. She never called. I then started to call and their phones must have been down because it rang 4 times and then hung up. No one answered. I went onto their website to find another number and the number as for a different location. They couldn't even get a hold of anyone. Finally they transferred me to someone one and I inquired about my car and some other person said it just came back up from being ready. When I went to pick up the car the after hours cashier was rude and my car wasn't even ready. And she tried to call back to service and no one answered. I asked for the service manager's phone number and she said she didn't have it. I asked another person and they had to go ask for permission for me to get it. When I called he didn't answer. Of course. I am seriously considering buying a Ford so I don't have to deal with this dealership. More

They replaced the cam, lifters and oil pump under warranty. The car still ticked. After several visits and a personal talk with Mr. John Arrigo himself, both Dodge and Arrigo have stood behind their product even though the car was out of warranty by the time it was resolved. I am very appreciative for both Mr. Arrigo and the area reps efforts. I love this car! More

They could not fix it, and actually broke more parts while working on it. I was also told that they would not give me a rental, after the third day in the shop. I still do not have a resolution, and have been left in the cold. This a a dealer to get a good deal purchasing a car, but do not take it there for service. More

The service tech re-diagnosed the car then said they need to keep the vehicle for a couple more day's until they can find the malfunction also, they sent me to enterprise rental car I paid for right on site at Arigo. Was having problems with my car making a lot of weird noises. Took it to my local unnamed dealership and they could not tell me anything after about three and a half hours or so. So a few days later i sc noises. Took it to my local unnamed dealership and they could not tell me anything after about three and a half hours or so. So a few days later i scheduled an appointment with the service department. Brought my car like two days later talked to him gave him what my ideas on the problem where (which where wrong) was there for three hours because they where backed up. Within that three hours they determined i need a new rack and pinion and a bushing, put it on order and did an open r.o. incase i came back of out base warranty so i dropped it off on a saturday and picked it on on a monday all fixed in ready to go. I felt that i got treated not as just a chrysler buyer but as a customer (even though the car wasn't bought from the dealership.) But overall it was a very pleasant experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and work for you car. And they are all very courteous and respectful at Arrigo. Our 2009 Dodge Journey began having issues with the air conditioning approximately 6 months ago. Upon one of the first visits the dash was removed & air conditioning "supposedly" repaired. The dash was ins conditioning approximately 6 months ago. Upon one of the first visits the dash was removed & air conditioning "supposedly" repaired. The dash was installed with the knobs reversed (cold meant hot/hot meant cold) but, we could live with that. Then the a/c began working intermitted so, we brought it back. They were not able to find the problem upon several visits but, continued to state that there was a potential electrical issue. The Service department then did "trouble shooting" & replaced one part which cost us approximately $500...but, after having the vehicle back for a few days it began to have the same issue. So, we brought it back in & they had it again for several days & replaced another part for $500. Again after a few days it had the same issues. Upon the next return to the Service Dept (visit 4 or 5) they kept it & gave us a rental & stated they had to contact Chrysler since they could not figure out what the issue was...they did not charge us for this visit. Approximately a week later almost all the dash lights came on but, the car appeared to be functioning ok. We called & left 2 messages for the Service Rep we had been dealing with but, no return call! We called again 9/21 Sat. but, found out that he was off & was on vacation the next week & the next available appt was on Wednesday. We asked about another rental & were told that they couldn't approve one. In addition, the last visit which included a rental was NOT updasted in the system per the peron we spoke with on Sat. On Sunday additional lights came on- the car began overheating-a hose broke - it began steaming-fluid came out & we barely made it to a repair shop. Their repair bill was $500+ for the hose/labor & were told that after being on the diagnostic machine that there was an electrical issue in the dash & it should be covered by the dealership since they had taken the dashboard off & realize there is an electrical issue. We understand that there are electrical issues with this car & other Dodge Journeys. The dashboard issues lights are still on & it may not be safe to drive & we can not continue to pay for repairs for a "known" Dodge issue. We will need immediate action at this point to have the issue resolved. We have given the dealership more than ample time to resolve it. We have now paid $1,500+ for an unresolved issue. We have multiple options at this point; litigation, contact Chrysler directly regarding the dealership, communicate to others regarding the dealership, never buy another Chrysler/Dodge product, trade it immediately for another brand vehicle. Also, the rotars & brakes need replacing again...which is a known issue with Dodge vehicles. On a side note; we have purchased our last 4 NEW cars from Arrigo. Regards, Greg & Jana Reinecke More
