Horrific! Made an appointment to drop our jeep off, seems that it was completely pointless since over 24 hours later the vehicle still hasn't been looked at. When I called To inquire I spoke to the rudest service advisor who informed me that appointments were to get to speak to an advisor, not to have a time slot to get the vehicle inspected and taken care of. Bill was so kind to me and made my experience completely stress free. Within the hour he had checked out my problem and managed to order the parts to my car! At least ten people walked by commenting on the fact that I had not been helped yet, none of course offered to help, finally just left out of sheer frustration without seeing service advisor. Colossal waste of time. Made an appointment at another dealership for next week. Plenty of people around, obviously corporate culture is beyond poor service at Arrigo WPB. Stay away if you can. I do not believe that you should give your money to any business that does not value your time. More
