Worse service I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my air I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my airbag won't deployed i did some research find out the airbag had being on recall to be fix and they wanted to charge me $700 to fix it and they made me pay for the diagnosis they did which i believe it should be fix it not my problems that Dodge's manufacture faulty put a part that can cause death my experience was horrible. Bought a brand new fully loaded 2016 Dodge Durango from Arrigo back in mid June. Took the vehicle in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and an exhaust problem. Oil change was complimentary, and the tire rotation you have to pay for ($24.95), which I don't mind and gladly paid! After coming back to me about the exhaust and part they ordered, I went to pay bill for the tire rotation and noticed a $2.50 misc. materials charge on top of the price for the rotation! I question the cashier simply looked at me like I was speaking another language other then English! I paid the bill, and went to talk to the "Director of Service", that's funny some director he is considering he needs to take a class and lesson in customer service and business ethics! He refused to credit me the $2.50 and in reality it has nothing to do with the money, it's simply the principle! I could care less about $2.50, and anyone who knows me would know that petty amounts of money like that don't bother me, again it's the principle! If you're charging $24.95 for a tire rotation, and you used no "misc. materials" or "shop supplies", then why charge someone for it?!?I am in the service industry for HVAC, and I simply asked the "Director of Service" how would he feel if I charged him a fuel surcharge to drive to his house to fix his HVAC problem, and his response is "he would gladly pay it", and my response is "of course you'd say that" to mock my valid argument! Customers who go there simply don't want to pay an additional $2.50 on top of their repairs you are already overpricing them for! I mean really...I just spent a little over $30K on a brand new full loaded Durango, and I'm receiving service from this place like that. Ridiculous! Again it's nothing about the money, straight principle! Been around business, and business ethics my whole life, and I would NEVER do that I a customer or treat a customer that way. HIGHLY DOUBT I will go back considering I have 3 more free oil changes from them. More

But let me tell you the service adviser will tell you to give all 9's on his survey so he gets his bonus and if you don't the next time you go in they will call you out in front of other customers and who ever is there total disrespect people would not mind doing the survey if they did there job and did it right the first time. 191$ rotate and balance!! This service dept is horrible,we made an appointment to have an electrical issue with the drivers side window addressed,and have a rotate and balance. We were charged for a door disassembly,that never happened,told we needed other stuff,total bullcrap.ended up getting charged 191$ for a rotate and balance.ummmm,that's a bit too much for a rotate and balance.also,this dealor wants to charge me two times the amount the parts for the window mechanism actually costs.stupid way to treat a customer,and we will never return.ill burn both my trucks to the ground before I take one of them back to that service dept!! Didnt even do the rotation correctly!! More
wheel ripped off on highway after being serviced that morn WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT ARRIGO: I just took my jeep to Arrigo on friday as my ABS warning light was on as i had a week WARNING IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT ARRIGO: I just took my jeep to Arrigo on friday as my ABS warning light was on as i had a weekend trip planned. They replaced the wire and there was still an error so they replaced again and the error persisted. They informed me that it was okay to drive it on the weekend as there was a minor axle seal leak but it could get fixed the following week and would not affect the safety of the drive. A few hours later, that same wheel broke off , along with the axle shaft, while driving 70 mph on the turnpike, then jumped the median and hit a pick up truck head on. Luckily neither my daughter or I was injured,nor was the driver of the other vehicle from what i was told. This easily could have turned out much worse for all of us. I had the jeep towed back to Arrigo and they outright refused to accept responsibility for what happened. The fact is that the tech was negligent and did not fully investigate what else could have been causing the ABS warning light to go on. I was a dedicated customer with Arrigo, having purchased two vehicles from them and looking for two more. I recommended many people to use them for vehicles and service. I will never use nor recommend this company again. More
Atrocious.. If you hate your job that much, LEAVE! 2015 Chrysler 200 S - My car has a lot of computer and transmission problems, which causes if to stall several times a day without warning. Making a left hand turn in a busy intersection, STALL! etc. But okay, no problem I say to myself; it's a brand new vehicle still under warranty, I'm golden.. Boy was I wrong. I called Chrysler corporate and explained to them the issues and they were very nice and understanding. They told me to go to Arrigo, drop my car off and pick up a rental for 5 days at no cost to me, because I'm under warranty still but regardless, I fit some type of "Matrix" (Never heard or knew of such term in my life) and everything will be covered by Chrysler. Long story short, I take my car in, drop it off and get the rental and leave. But the whole time im there, Arrigo fought me and the deal I made with Corporate the whole way. They tried not to honor the rental until I called corporate and complained. And I scheduled an oil change. Before I left, Bob showed me the print out of my error report... 4 pages of documented power failures over a span of 3 weeks! And Bob says to me, oh this is simple, it's just a battery problem. Oh btw, the deal you struck with corporate has one exception that can void everything... If it's a battery issue then im responsible for all cost. Obviously I know and he knows it's not a battery issue, but they say they have to replace it first to make sure its not. After 5 days I return the rental, pick up my car and am charged for EVERYTHING! I disputed my charges with my credit card company and received my money back. Battery is replaced, no oil change, car is dirty beyond belief... And guess what happened 4 hrs later? The same issue.... The issue the battery DIDN'T fix. My case manager at Chrysler calls me and tells me that Arrigo has told them that im black listed from going there again, because I had disputed the charges for the rental. My issue with my car is a well documented problem with the 200s and other vehicles with the 9 speed transmission, but still Bob and Arrigo acted like I was the first person to ever go in with that problem. I highly doubt that. My question is, why be a dick, Bob? Your last name isn't Chrysler... Why intentionally go out of your way to be a miserable soul? Even corporate acknowledged the problem! I understand you hate your job and you're miserable... So retire! You're not honoring your duty and job description...it's time to move on. More

They have asked me to come back on 4 different occasions every time I have taken the car for service. I have been driving the car with wheel alignment off due to always being told to "come" back. I was there just a few days ago, same thing. I was told not to come to the service department without an appointment. I guess I will just keep drivng the car with wheel alignemtn off. As for the free oil changes they promised, I will go to Jiffy Lube and pay for them. More
