Disappointing I have been a customer since April 2010, up until the last 2 visits the service dept has been great - I have always received good and timely service. I dropped my Jeep off on Saturday Nov 12, 2016 for front & rear suspension problems. This was the 3rd time for the rear suspension issue. When I did not hear anything from my service adviser Pat, I called Monday afternoon to get an update. To my surprise, Pat told me he had no idea why my vehicle was there and he did not know why he had to deal with it since he was not there on Saturday. I explained everything again like I had on Saturday to the guy that check me in. After multiple phone calls during the week and excuses of why it was not fixed, I went to the dealership on Friday to get answers. At that time, I was told nothing was wrong and they could not find the problem that I described. I spoke with the service director and all I got from him was a negative attitude toward me and the situation. With nothing more I could do, I left with my vehicle not repaired. A week later I received a follow up call from a very nice customer service woman asking about the service I received. I explained the whole situation and she was not happy with the way it was handled. She followed up with her manager and informed me to call back if I did not hear from someone in a few days. I called her back after not hearing from anyone from the dealership. At this time she asked me to make another appointment to return to have the prior issues addressed. The appointment was set for December 19, 2016. On December 19, 2016 after 3 hours from the time I dropped off my Jeep, I received a call from Pat informing me that now my springs and shocks were worn out and needed to be replaced when just 3 weeks’ prior nothing was wrong. At this point I was told to come get my vehicle as there was nothing they could do based on the warranty being null due to after-market parts. These are the same parts that were on it when it was there prior visit. My wife picked up the Jeep in the afternoon, with no repairs done to the Jeep again. I noticed when reviewing the paperwork from the dealership that Pat noted that I “refused service”. Repair options were not discussed; I was just told to come get my Jeep. I had to take my Jeep to another shop to have it repaired. Upon inspection, the shop noted I did not need new shocks as previously told by the dealership. Not only was this a waste of time and inconvenience for me and my family, I did not appreciate the false statement about me refusing service which is now in my service file. On Thursday December 22, 2016 I called customer service to state my complaint. Again, I was told it would be brought to management’s attention and to date have not heard from anyone from the dealership. If you are reading this, please be aware of certain service advisors – they will not be upfront and forth coming on needed repairs, they do not seem to have your best interest in mind and you will not receive any help from the service director if you ask to speak to him. I am not saying the dealership is bad in general, they just seem to have a few issues to work through to improve their service dept customer service. I am disappointed at the way this was handled and at this point will not return there for anything and will share my experience with anyone that asks. More

Yet again - horrible service Called the parts department for two simple part numbers. I was put on hold three times before someone actually tried to assist me. I told him up front that I wanted the OEM part numbers so I can look them up myself and order them cheaper. He gave me two part numbers, NEITHER of which were correct when I searched on the internet. Deliberate??? You decide. When I called back he told me I can't look up OEM part numbers on the internet. I called a competitor, got someone on the phone immediately, got the two numbers, plus prices that were considerably lower than Arrigo. And - I was able to verify that the prices were fair because I was able to look them up on the internet. Guess where I'm going!! So tired of you guys screwing people around! More

Autobody Shop Repair I called Friday the 25th of October to see about getting my '16 Scatpack Challenger repaired. The whole underskirt was damaged and my front clip wasn' I called Friday the 25th of October to see about getting my '16 Scatpack Challenger repaired. The whole underskirt was damaged and my front clip wasn't hanging on by much. I spoke with Minka, she said come in Monday 10am. I showed up and they got it on the lift pretty quick. I got what I felt was a very reasonable quote. I did ask that they check everywhere to make sure nothing else was broken. They had the parts on hand. During the repair they found some additional components broken, the additional work and parts still reasonable. I didn't even have to catch a cab back to work because they were able to do the full repair under 2.5hrs... I got my baby back good as new :) Thank you, so much! More

Worse service I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my air I went there for service on my car anf it was my airbag light that was on it and they diagnose it and the problem is if i get in a car accident my airbag won't deployed i did some research find out the airbag had being on recall to be fix and they wanted to charge me $700 to fix it and they made me pay for the diagnosis they did which i believe it should be fix it not my problems that Dodge's manufacture faulty put a part that can cause death my experience was horrible. Bought a brand new fully loaded 2016 Dodge Durango from Arrigo back in mid June. Took the vehicle in today for an oil change, tire rotation, and an exhaust problem. Oil change was complimentary, and the tire rotation you have to pay for ($24.95), which I don't mind and gladly paid! After coming back to me about the exhaust and part they ordered, I went to pay bill for the tire rotation and noticed a $2.50 misc. materials charge on top of the price for the rotation! I question the cashier simply looked at me like I was speaking another language other then English! I paid the bill, and went to talk to the "Director of Service", that's funny some director he is considering he needs to take a class and lesson in customer service and business ethics! He refused to credit me the $2.50 and in reality it has nothing to do with the money, it's simply the principle! I could care less about $2.50, and anyone who knows me would know that petty amounts of money like that don't bother me, again it's the principle! If you're charging $24.95 for a tire rotation, and you used no "misc. materials" or "shop supplies", then why charge someone for it?!?I am in the service industry for HVAC, and I simply asked the "Director of Service" how would he feel if I charged him a fuel surcharge to drive to his house to fix his HVAC problem, and his response is "he would gladly pay it", and my response is "of course you'd say that" to mock my valid argument! Customers who go there simply don't want to pay an additional $2.50 on top of their repairs you are already overpricing them for! I mean really...I just spent a little over $30K on a brand new full loaded Durango, and I'm receiving service from this place like that. Ridiculous! Again it's nothing about the money, straight principle! Been around business, and business ethics my whole life, and I would NEVER do that I a customer or treat a customer that way. HIGHLY DOUBT I will go back considering I have 3 more free oil changes from them. More

But let me tell you the service adviser will tell you to give all 9's on his survey so he gets his bonus and if you don't the next time you go in they will call you out in front of other customers and who ever is there total disrespect people would not mind doing the survey if they did there job and did it right the first time. We were charged for a door disassembly,that never happened,told we needed other stuff,total bullcrap.ended up getting charged 191$ for a rotate and balance.ummmm,that's a bit too much for a rotate and balance.also,this dealor wants to charge me two times the amount the parts for the window mechanism actually costs.stupid way to treat a customer,and we will never return.ill burn both my trucks to the ground before I take one of them back to that service dept!! Didnt even do the rotation correctly!! More
