Service Department with poor customer service I have never purchased a vehicle from Arrigo but I tried to use their service department. I needed 4 recalls to be done, replace a broken taillight as I have never purchased a vehicle from Arrigo but I tried to use their service department. I needed 4 recalls to be done, replace a broken taillight assembly, oil change and tire rotation. I have called to schedule an appointment and I was told they need to order a part and would call me to schedule. They stated it would take a couple of days. One week later, I called to find out if the part came in because I have not been called. I was transferred to the parts department and was told to hold because they were dealing with a customer. Twelve minutes later, my call was disconnected. I called back and the same happened. I called again and explained I was getting disconnected. They apologized and said they would connect me. I was disconnected during the transfer. Tried again, and the same result. Then I actually had the phone answered by the person I had originally spoken to a week ago. He stated he had all my information in front of him and needed a moment to check if the part was in stock. This time I waited 14 minutes before being disconnected. Nobody called me back. It has now been another week. Needless to say, I tried a different dealership and my car was repaired in 3 days later. Still waiting on Arrigo. I am sure they will post some copy/paste response but this was just straight out bad customer service. I will never buy a car from them because I now know how good the service department with handling customers. More
Terrible after sales service department I bought a new Dodge truck from these people a few months ago and took it back to them for the first oil change recently. A few weeks after the oil ch I bought a new Dodge truck from these people a few months ago and took it back to them for the first oil change recently. A few weeks after the oil change service work I noticed a blemish in the paint along the hood seam near the hinge. I took the truck in today to have the blemish repaired under warranty. It was clear to me that it was either an original manufacturing flaw that I had missed on vehicle inspection or that the service department had closed the hood with something laying across the opening and marred the paint. It was an odd split edge paint defect that was not easy to see on the black truck. Today I was told that the "dent" was my problem not theirs and to have a nice day. Really terrible customer service. I left without even an estimate to repair. But that does not surprise me because 5 of the 6 service reps were clearly annoyed by my presence and the 6th only pointed in the direction of the bodyshop. Terrible customer service. I have never seen such an operation. I won't be bothering them again, I can assure you. More

Oil change and tire rotation The worst experience I ever had . Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation . I was at express service line at 7:00 am one hour prior to garage The worst experience I ever had . Three hours for an oil change and tire rotation . I was at express service line at 7:00 am one hour prior to garage opening . I was the second person in line my wife was the first person in line to do the same service . She was in and out in 45 min. It took them three hours to do the same work to my brand new Jeep Wrangler . They lost the paper work , could not locate vehicle . When I spoke to the top service manager . He was eating food on the floor an in a long conversation with one of the female employees not doing anything. Sean Edward cascone boss was useless as all he did was shrug his shoulders without an apology. I had to have someone else locate my vehicle and pulled off the lift . I was forced to sign paperwork for service that was never done . After being a loyal coustomer for 17 years I will never buy another vehicle from arrigo dodge again . My name is Mr . Marrugo . Arrigo will not pay for damage after failed ABS brake update Complaint: I responded to a recall notice (S91) ABS brake light indicator light malfunction. I was advised that this is done as a software update Complaint: I responded to a recall notice (S91) ABS brake light indicator light malfunction. I was advised that this is done as a software update to the computer on my Sprinter motor home. The work was done by Arrigo Dodge. No one mentioned to me that this update may damage the motor home. However, the next time I used the motor home, the ABS system failed (while evacuating Hurricane Irma) thus causing the motor home to get stuck in 2nd gear with no ABS Brakes. The motor home had to be repaired by another dealer and a second repair shop, since the dealer did not have the parts needed. The total bill for parts and labor was $5,054.26. The grand total was $7678.49 after all other expenses. At this time, the motor home does not have a working ABS brake system which is a safety issue. The repair people advised me that if I put the updated software into the new computer, there is a 1 in 3 chance it would blow out the computer again. The mechanic stated, in writing, that the repair was directly caused by update. I believe Arrigo Dodge should have known that in my model of sprinter the update could damage the system. After speaking to John Arrigo and advising him of problem, Mr Arrigo denied any responsibility for the problem. He refused to correct the problem or make good. Mr Arrigo stated he did not write the faulty software and therefore is not responsible. This attitude presents as unprofessional and is a serious safety danger for customers as well as the public.
