Horrible if you want to take your car to get it fixed for warranty you will be there for a week and will not help you with anything they drag it out and then blame the warranty people when I kept contact wit warranty you will be there for a week and will not help you with anything they drag it out and then blame the warranty people when I kept contact with both and I ended up just dealing with the my bank warranty people and we got it done quicker than these guys they don’t call you to tell you anything and during the entire process they blame you for the crap product they stand behind do not recommend these people take it elsewhere save yourself the headache More
Poor communication and poorly ran service department We had a car dropped off on a Thursday and it took them 5 days to get back to me telling me I need a transmission overhaul. I decided to get the work done elsewhere and we sent a tow truck to pick it up. Twice. The dealer held the car and did not attempt to contact us and refused to release the car to AAA. On two different occasions when I contacted this dealer it rang over 20 times and when someone finally answered I would introduce myself and the line would go dead. I have not yet got this situation rectified but am currently furious. More

Horrible experience with the service department, and not because of the people but becaus Delray will be the only reason I return to this dealership. After many attempts at reaching someone in service, I called new car sales and that when Michel saved the day. Didn’t hesitate to listen and make things right. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way until there was a plan to fix the issue and until the problem was solved . Thanks to him, I may consider returning to this dealership. More

The WORST customer service! I had Purchased a prepaid oils change service package. I went for an oil change and I was told it would be better to come back on a “less busy” day. I went back today, they made me wait 2 hours 15 min! After the first 1 hour 15 min, a girl comes to tell me :” we have a lot of cars to service, would you like to wait or come back another day?” !!! Long story short, one hour later, everyone who came during that time frame had left, and I am still waiting! And I have a video to prove it. When I complained, I was told :” if you don’t like it here, go service your car somewhere else” !!! My husband and I have two NEW Dodge cars! From Arrigo Dodge specifically, we just bought a New limited edition truck with all the bells and whistles, 3 months ago !and the customer service associate just told me to go somewhere else! After I waited over 2 hours for a miserable oil change! The worst is : this is NOT THE FIRST TIME this happens! This dealer just has the very worst customer service! More

He had no personality and should NOT be in that position. Car stayed for two days, i got it back drive 15 mins and car is burning hot. I called him 7 times and no phone call back as well as Service manager. They are a terrible place to be at. DO NOT GO. My car is still Not fixed yet More
