Within 2 minutes of driving into the service lane, someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire someone came and greeted me and asked how they could help. I didn't have an appointment but that was okay since I just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Ralph was extremely friendly, professional and he greeted me with a warm and sincere smile. He let me know what other services were due for my van based on the current mileage and allowed me to make a decision about what I wanted to do without pressuring me. I am very pleased and impressed with the service I have received today. Thank you! I'm happy I came to this dealership for service. More
Utterly terrible service center. Per their service director they're two days behind. Don't expect your vehicle to be fixed in a timely manner nor even looked at. They're running a part time service center and a full time parking lot. Hands down one of the worst experiences at a service center. They single handly make you reconsider owning an FCA product. No timely follow up from the service writers either. Surprised FCA still let's them operate. More
My husband and I had a good experience with the sales team when I purchased my certified preowned vehicle on Oct. 16, 2021. Since then, however communication with the sales team and service department ha team when I purchased my certified preowned vehicle on Oct. 16, 2021. Since then, however communication with the sales team and service department have been horrible! My vehicle went in for service Friday October 22 with the expectation of driving it home that day. I had a 10:00 appointment that had been scheduled for me by the sales team. When I arrived and confirmed the work that was to be done, the service advisor responded with, “okay, I guess we’ll be getting you a rental” . I replied, “what? I wasn’t expecting that. How long should it take? She said, well, I don’t know about that whole situation...Let me take it and go find out how long and come back to give you an idea.” She returned to me over an hour later. She let me know that they were going to get me a rental vehicle for the weekend to return on Monday when I come back to retrieve my vehicle. Meanwhile, in that hour, my vehicle was not moved from under the service bay where I had left it. Indicating, that no one had even looked at it. Monday came and I left a message for the service advisor. The one and only time she did return my call, to let me know that my vehicle would not be ready that day. They were waiting on a headlight that was ordered and were expecting to come in Wednesday. Okay, well, I made the drive to the dealership anyway to swap out the rental. When I was leaving, I saw my vehicle in the parking lot. I took a ride over to see it when I discovered it was caked in mud like someone had taken it for a little off-road joyride (it’s a Jeep). When I brought it to the service managers attention he didn’t have much to say. When I inquired further, he assured me that he would find out what happened and let me know. He did not even apologize. I have yet to hear from him about what happened. On Tuesday morning, around 6:30 am, I received an e-mail that the part had been delivered. I called the parts department to confirm and he said “when would you like to come pick it up”? To which I replied, “my vehicle is in your service department right now”. “Okay, let me transfer you to your service advisor”. I left her another voicemail. No return call all day on Tuesday. My husband called to speak to the service manager. He was told, “he’s with another customer right now. As soon as he is finished he will call you back”. Guess what?! Yup, you guessed it, he did not call back. Here we are, it’s Wednesday, October 27, 2021. I have left multiple voicemail messages with my service advisor over the last 6 days. She has returned one phone call. I left a message this morning, I have not yet heard if my vehicle will even be ready to pick up today. If I could give negative star reviews for the lack of customer care at Arrigo West Palm Beach, I would. The lack of communication, lack of urgency, and lack of respect are deplorable. Do better, Arrigo! More
