Worse dealership in all of Florida. The Arrigo advantage is a scam to mark up the vehicle $2K over sticker price. Showed up 15 mins early, been waiting for over 2 1/2 hours to be told another 45 mins. Stay FAR AWAY from Arrigo. They don’t care, just don’t care. More
Superb Service! This is the second time that I bring my Jeep Wrangler in for service at Arrigo Dodgr/Jeep and I have nothing but compliments for them, but specifical This is the second time that I bring my Jeep Wrangler in for service at Arrigo Dodgr/Jeep and I have nothing but compliments for them, but specifically this time around my experience with my assigned service advisor (Holly) was beyond amazing... I explained to her that I was bringing my car in for Oil Change before I went on a road trip out of the state, but also that it had a little oil leak on the side of the engine... and wanted to see if we could possibly take care of it before the trip. With only a day and a half between an oil change, an oil leak and my road trip she said she couldn't promise anything but would try her very best. By the end of the day she had diagnosed the car and already started working on the leak, and by noon the next day my vehicle was fixed, serviced and ready to go for my trip! She also kept me informed of everything multiple times a day.... This is how service is done! This is an example for many other service departments to follow. I hope she gets the praise and recognition she deserves. She was professional, knowledgeable but more than anything she showed that she cares. Thank you Holly! More

Called to make an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation, the employee at Arrigo Said “no appointment necessary, that it is an express service and I just show up and they take care of it. So I showed up a week later on a early Friday morning, and the first thing the service advisor asked me was”if I had an appointment?” To which I replied the fore mentioned conversation . He said well it’s going to be 3 to 3 half hours. I said ok I need it done but how is this “express” maybe they should take the “express” signage of the entrance . I’m still here going 6 hours. I keep records, hurts to look at all maintenance and repairs. Just to keep a safe Vehicle on the road way. Told, Fluid on brakes. I did Rad flush, they broke fitting for inside heat. Yep I paid $400 for the 30$ part. lol They bid me farewell (chump), go pay get your death vehicle back.I apparently needed Master Cylinder. Which they never touched,"on brake job?". I felt no brake improvement. It's getting bad, "TILL BRAKES GONE", OMG my brake pedal went to the floor used emergency brake to help stop! I was sure I was in a horrible crash. First few days brakes average but soft feel, they failed PANIC STOP, Fluid almost gone, I COULD NOT STOP THE VEHICLE, OMG, ON #95!! I COULDN'T STOP THE CAR!!! THEY,( SERVICE),NEVER REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER NOT EVEN CHECKED!!! (HAND WRITTEN ON INVOICE, FLUID ALL OVER). GEORGE CAN'T FIND THE INVOICE, WITH THE WRITTEN COMMENT, JUST COULDN'T BE FOUND. SO IT STARTED AS A SERVICE LIE, THAT ALMOST COST A LIFE; IT COULD OF HAPPEN TO ANYONE! BOUGHT AT SAWGRASS, BAD SERVICE AT WPB! More
