This was the third time our vehicle was in with the same break issue since we purchased the vehicle. Finally received a text, not a phone call that our vehicle was ready... I spoke with managers who said we would receive a call back and we never did. More

Brought in my car with electrical issue a d they run diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an issue. They never mentioned the battery was an issue before during the $200 diagnostic but after I already paid for the cluster they now say I need to pay an extra $300 for a new battery. I’ve called and texted the service advisor Alex who was helping and so far haven’t heard back about any sort of resolution and now I’m stuck with my car having the same issues as I had when I came in but I’m out over $2000 and no resolution. More
