I had a check engine light repair on 10/11/2023 at Arrigo Jeep service department. They are overcharging on parts like crazy. They charged $487.74 for Mopar part 52060398-AE. Same part on same day is available through store.mopar.com for $201.78 (website reflects an MSRP of $296.00). I expected to pay a reasonable price for OEM parts but 2.41 times more than the part is available for from Mopar and 1.64 times MSRP is a total rip off. Beware when you get a quote from this service department and I strongly suggest getting a price from someone else and compare pricing. Won't even get into the other part prices that I was charged on this repair but the extreme markup is similar. More

I was told 90 minutes for an oil change and I was there over 3 hours. This place has gone to xxxx since the new ownership. My previous few oil changes have also taken 2 hours. I was charged a diagnostic fee but you guys don’t have the part to fix the car I put on the service person telephone answering machine.
